Great place! We are highly recommended. The service was amazing, such a warm welcoming and atmosphere. Very nice, clean and comfortable. Hosts are very friendly. Good Wi-Fi. Great location.

We are highly recommended

Just arrived today and it has that home feeling already. The host greeted us so overwhelmingly with homemade wine and invitation to experiences. 
The “room” is an appartment with both kitchen and bathroom in good condition. Perfect for both families and couples. 

Excellent host

We stayed in the "apartment" room, which is old, unlike some other rooms which are renovated. The Apartment has a queen bed and a single bed in the main room, single bed + sofa in entrance room. The main room has no outer windows, just a window to the entrance room. The kitchen has a gas stove and a fridge.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots, plates, cups, utensils, etc.

(Note: no washing machine unlike in the booking description, but we didn't need one, so just saying)

The entrance room has a water heater. It was hardly enough at the end of October, so the host shown us how to turn on the additional gas heater there, which made the temperature comfortable.

There are plenty electric sockets in the rooms.
The wifi connection in the Apartment was spotty.

Comfortable guesthouse

We stayed for one night and found the self contained apartment very comfortable.  It is not modern but had a separate lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.  The location is also very central with a short walk to everywhere.  The lady we met was very helpful and the son even walked us the 400m to the local bus station to make sure we got on the right marushka to Kutaisi, which was wonderful service.  The breakfast was also very tasty so happy to recommend it.

This ticks all the boxes. Just a short stroll up from the Main Road (& bus stop) and an easy walk to the National park.
Modern bright bedroom was spotlessly clean. It was separate to the main house. Wifi was very good.
Equipped with tea & coffee making facilities. Grimi also left us a small bottle of his home made vodka.
