Hi everyone 
We have just take a taxi from train station to Batumi looking for central location and other choices which every new travelers looks in new places.
Location is good and very close to every thing 
Internet good
Breakfast so simple and need to improve 
Staffs very very kind

Very average 

One thing we noticed here at the buffet was there were many different groups and each one had their own buffet which I did not like as we were lost as to which one is included in our package. No one knew what halal food was. The vegetarian menu was limited to Khachapuri and mushrooms. Second thing was the breakfast was mentioned to be from 9am to 11am however, it closed at 10am and was not told to us.

Central Location, Food needs to be improved

Rcheuli Villa used to be a fancy hotel once upon a time, but for now it's ok, but not something outstanding. Yes, the rooms are a good trial to be in old style, but something lacks there. The rooms are smoking, and you can feel it. The breakfast is served in the basement area and is pretty basic, I was not impressed. The plus side is the central location, the charming  building, the friendly staff and close distance to many good restaurants and cafes. 
I was here for a business trip, but would not choose it myself.

In the center of Batumi

The Good:
- Nice location in the old town 
- Little balcony had a nice view (upper levels only though)

The Bad:
- Breakfast was ok but certainly not at a boutique hotel standard. Cold bologna, boiled egg and toast is really hostel standard. 

The Ugly:
- The room was unbelievable. Beautiful marble floors, except for a square which rocked back and forth and was so loose you could pry it upwards. The air conditioner reeked of cigarette ash. Took the filters out and obviously hadn't been cleaned for months if not years. Shower unit (is all in one unit with doors, floor and taps/nozzle) is tiny! Went to turn around and kneed the tap (still have a bruise 6 days later). Floor is cracked so water runs straight through that and onto floor of bathroom which then is flooded. Hose to nozzle cracked so shower pressure is really weak meanwhile a spout of water is hitting the side wall. Genius who put bathroom door/sink in didn't think things through as hit each other and can only open bathroom door up about half way and can't use sink properly. 
- All this for a ridiculous 160 Lari (about USD 100) a night during peak season in mid- August. So not particularly great value for money. 

Not-so-Boutique Hotel

Way too expensive for what it is (160 lari per double, breakfast incl). It has certainly had its days but not today anymore... The room we rented had major problems due to humidity and water leakage. The breakfast was rather below standard. The only positive thing is its geographical situation, ideally located in the historic center.
