nice, comfortable & affordable hotel near the liberty square with accessibility to essentially everywhere (including but not limited tometro station, money exchanges, souvenir ships, clubs and historical sites)

the staff are very hospitable with good English skills and although we booked the room through a third party tourist agency, our check-in and check out was done by our own without any problems.

the hotel has elevator and Air conditioning in the rooms. the hotel itself looks new and well furnished with nice lobby and reception. 

our room had a beautiful view of the adjacent street, electrical outlets are in abundance in the room which is good if you want to charge multiple devices at once. the fridge menu is diverse and seemingly with good quality (i didn't try them)

breakfast is served between 8 to 10:30 which is definitely a good thing for late risers like me ! the breakfast diversity is very good and includes warm breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs)

the only minor setback was that the toilet in our room had no bidet or separate water tap for washing which is a little problematic for Persian our Asian tourists

I like the hospitality and friendly act of staff ..
The place is very clean. The room and bed were comfortable. .and it's in a good location. In the centre of the city ..where its easy to move and a lot of restaurants and shops beside you

Kalasi hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. It is situated in a very central location in the Old City in walking distance of most important features of Tbilisi. The rooms are spacious, and very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient.

Hotel review in Tbilisi

very nice and friendly people are there. Kalasi Hotel is in the center near Republic Square.you can find restaurants and bars and many monument by walking outside the hotel. Price is reasonable with very good accommodation and breakfast. you have a good view to the street. 

I recommanded it to all people who like to have a nice trip in Tbilisi.

The hotel has a great location, just 5 minutes' walk from Freedom/Liberty Square (where the no. 37 bus stops from the airport) and 10 minutes to Old Town and Peace Bridge. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops in the same road and nearby. My room was very comfortable and very clean, and a good size for a single room. There was a fridge/minibar, tea making facilities, TV (but with virtually no English language channels), good air conditioning, and a comfortable bed (which some people may find on the hard side). The room lighting was good and the bathroom clean and with a large shower cubicle. The breakfast was fresh and well-presented with a reasonable choice, although it was basically the same every day. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room cleaning/replenishing of water, shampoo etc was excellent. Slight downsides: 1. Breakfast is only served from 8 am. Most of the tours out of the city leave at 9 am or 9.30 am, so it's a bit of a rush. I did two trips with Georgia Holidays, which has the big office slightly up the road towards Freedom Square. The tours were punctual, had good guides, and there were no unwanted "selling" stops at shops etc. 2. The road is quite busy at night and the cars on the cobbled road make a bit of extra noise so an early night may not be advisable if you are a light sleeper. None of these things really spoilt my holiday, hence the 5 star rating. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the complimentary bottle of Georgian red wine.

Great choice in central Tbilisi

Friendly and respectful staff.
best location: most attractive places while walking 20 mins.
Clean, silence and big room.
Breakfast was delicious but not very variety.
If I go Tbilisi again then I will surely book this hotel again.

Perfect 

The hotel Kalasi is a great choice. It's cheap we paid about £50 a night and stayed for two nights (ish) 
I say ish as we arrived on the night flight and got to the hotel at 7am expecting to have to wait until late morning or early afternoon for check in... I went to the reception and asked them to keep our bag... A very nice gentleman said "let me see what I can do for you, he juggled the rooms and allowed us to check in at 7am enabling us to have a couple of hours sleep after a long nights travelling on top of the two nights we were staying (so it felt like 3)
He even offered us the extra mornings breakfast free of charge!! 
Rooms can be noisy so ask for one on the back if this bothers you. Or ear plugs work well.
I thought the rooms were comfy, hotel really clean, breakfast plentyful and hearty. Staff really pleasant and helpful and all spoke fluent English. I felt safe. And able to explore this beautiful city with ease as you are right in the heart of the old town with its cobble streets and stalls selling fresh food and fruit. Just a minutes walk from freedom square.... Trust me, book it... 

Lovely hotel right in the centre..

Great Location.Great Staff. breakfast bar is small but various.Calm. every thing is great in this old but clean Hotel👌 I suggest this hotel to whom wants to be in the Heart of the Nice Tblisi.If you like night life I suggest it to you.

Not very new but very clean

This was my first time in Georgia overall and in this nice hotel, I had a twin bed room the room is quite good as size clean and location is amazing surrounded by all destination that you would be targeting in city center and for those are going to business I had a course that was in biltmore hotel it is very close to this hotel 20 mins walking, nice mall is close by too the staff were amazing especially Tamara, Razi and other nice girl I forgot her name. The people there try to serve and help as much as they can. This all can be provided with reasonable price. The breakfast somehow requires some enhancement but other things exceed expectations.
