We had a torrential storm on our first night. People in bottom apartments had to be evacuated. A one off. The staff were sensational at getting place cleaned up. The rooms very modern and seperated into sitting room and bedroom very cleverly. Staff were very friendly from the breakfast lady to cleaners to reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Young receptinist had learnt English playing computer games. His English was very good. Hotel well situated for everything you want to do in the area. Definate place to go back to. Has its own square with fountain in middle.

Modern rooms fabulous staff

We only stayed here one night but the room we were given was lovely, modern and felt homely. The receptionist was super friendly and helped us with our luggage. The room itself was very spacious and had plenty of amenities including complementary soap, towels, slippers and bath Robes. The only negatives were that there was two single beds which obviously isn’t ideal for couples and in our room there was no hot water in the shower. I believe that was just a one off issue because my parents (staying next door to us) said that they did have hot water. 

We didn’t get a chance to eat at the cafe/restaurant on the premisses except for the breakfast which was included. It was very basic and not really worth it in my opinion, it was bread, cake, jam and an egg. 

The location is great, close to the city and loads of things within walking distance. I will say however that the actual location of the hotel itself is a bit hard to find if you don’t have google maps to help you. Both of the taxis we got to the hotel struggled to find it as you have to drive down a narrowish driveway/alleyway to get there with no clear signage.

All in all it was a lovely little hotel and the only downside was the breakfast and hot water. I’d recommend it.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great location

The tourism flow in Kutaisi (due to the lowcost flights from the city's airport) have increased the demand for decent accommodation in the city, however a lot of guesthouses do not (or do not know howto) work professionally. We had an incident at a local guesthouse so we cancelled and booked immediately with Dimasi hotel. 
Im really glad that we did as the hotel acts as a small oasis in the lack of decent options within the city. 
We booked the deluxe double room which is on the first floor and Im really glad we did so. The room is really beautiful decorated, extra spacious, with a convenient couch and a small balcony (no particular view though)
The location is fantastic right in the city center in a small alley that turns it more secluded from street noise. 
The receptionists were really kind and willing to help us with anything we asked. They offer airport transfer which is really convenient when your flight is so early in the morning.

I would like to point though, that there is a lot of room for improvement. They should start paying attention to details. For example, there were several rickety sockets and switches that were not functioning (we ended up one day with no battery in our mobiles because we didn't notice). Plus the room was not cleaned the first day and we had to notice them so they clean it the next one. Stuff like that should be addressed without the notice of the client.
I also reckon that the breakfast should be enhanced with local fresh ingredients (like the local bread and omelette) and not the typical standardized one. We found it poor.

Overall we were satisfied with the hotel and would visit again for sure. By western europe standards, I would have given it 3 stars, however comparing it with the rest of Kutaisi poor options, it definitely stands out, thus the 4 stars

Value for money -- Needs attention to details

After 2 months of our booking, hotel wrote us, that has a probelm with 1 room, BUT offered the solution. 
It is nice hotel next to the city center. 
The owner and people working there are really nice and friendly.

The hotel has good rooms... and saying so I have already finished the positive aspects. 
Everything is bad organized and the people of the staff seem really stressed. We have had the bad idea to ask for a laundry. The stuff came back still wet, dirty and mixed with the clothes of four other people that were traveling with us. Furthermore, they asked the money for the service. 
We stayed 2 nights and they did not clean the room. 
You can definitely find something better.
