We had been advised to not set our hotel expectations too high for our trip to Georgia. This turned out to be entirely wrong. The Best Western in Kutaisi was as good as the standards of the US and Western Europe for cleanliness, comfort, and service. In a hotel my bed is the key to a good stay and the Best Western did NOT disappoint. We were a group of five older couples and we were all happy. When we checked in on a hot, dusty day, we were all in need of a cold, wet refreshment. The Bar staff stepped up their game and we were happily satisified. The managers and staff on duty were everywhere ensuring our comfort. Not luxury, but damn comfortable and friendly.

An Excellent Full Service Restaurant in Kutaisi

We spend 3 nights in family deluxe suite apartment. It's very modern, cosy, close to the city center and the price is very good (although it's suitable for 4 person we could rent it only for two of us). The hosts are very hostile and kind. The woman gave us a washing powder and helped us with using the washing machine. We were invited to drink their own wine one evening and it was the real georgian supra :) Totally recommend and hopefully come back there somewhere in the future.

Super apartment and hosts

The hostel is in a very good location, close the main square and restaurants. The owner is a nice woman that can't good English but very helpful. We parked the car in the garage without extra cost. The room is very nice and clean, with a shared bathroom with the other 2 rooms. The bathroom was very nice anc clean, but the water finished during my shower on the next morning. The room has an air condition but the control of it wasn't in the room... still we could sleep very well. There is an outside balcony with wine trees and some tables and chairs, that is a good place to relax in the evenings. There is a small kitchen that can be used by the guests, with a refrigerator.

Hostel is only few minutes away from the main square, our apartment was very spacious and clean. Large balcony overlooking the main street was to our disposal. Free on street parking. Would stay there again for sure.
