What else would one want of a guest house? There's a cute yard where you can have breakfast or whatever while the 2 friendly and playful dogs run around, or go inside with one word from Tamari, the owner. Her smile is sweet, warm, welcoming and real. It was a really pleasant experience.

The worst experience was the neighbour who at first was burning grass which made the area smell bad. Then we asked the owner for a driver and she suggested the neighbour. Our mistake was not to agree the price and it was way to high compared to any other town in Georgia, and the car was old.

Although the guest house is not so close to the station, we had a nice walk through the town center and found it in a quiet srteet, right next to town's main attractions. The owner was very pleasent, greeted us with a glass of wine. I was impressed by the high ceiling and quality of furnitures in building.

Posh building and a good place to walk around

After a long trip with some car trouble and our original sleeping place not awnsering. We figuered that we needed a drink. We stayed at a bar/restaurant next to Tamari (not knowing this excisted. Are phones came out and we started looking for a new place to stay. Then in the corner of my eye I spotted some backpackers leaving a huge house. 

We went there to check it out, turns out it was guest house Tamari. The owner welcomed us in her big garden, showed us our rooms and even arranged a wine tasting with prive chauffeur. That is what I call, all inclusive. 

We chilled in the big garden and waited for the driver to pick us up.
When we came back we had a good night sleep and the next morning, she made us breakfast. 
We didn't want to leave, but our trip was headed back to Tbilisi. But I would come here anytime. Just to sit in the garden en chill, read a book or talk to the woman that welcomed us so well. 
She speaks english btw!

So yes, stay here and enjoy!

Tamari Guest house, not just a place to sleep!

This affectionate guest house is well located and has a very nice garden. The owner is very attentive and friendly. The quality of the huge breakfast was excellent; we tasted different homemade jams, all of them delicious. We stayed in a spacious apartment attached to the house.
