We arrived early in the day due to an earlyish flight. We dropped our bags off at the hotel and they stored no problem.
We checked in no problem at 15:30, we were given our key and told what floor we were on. Breakfast times were given and we went to our room. Apart from checking in, we didn't have much need to speak to the staff there. Just one question about the tram service over the new year. Answered very thoroughly and in very good English.

On the tram line between the airport and central train station.
What was bad
Woken up early (8am) by housekeeping - there are no 'do not disturb signs'. They knocked on our room door while we were still sleeping and as we didn't respond immediately they let themselves into the room! We only stayed one night and so we'd expected they would access the room after we'd checked out but no, the same thing happened 45 minutes later while I was using
