We have been here the last 3 years, every time very friendly and helpfull hosts. They are very good with children and serve a very nice breakfast. This year they even helped us out during weekly closure day. Also very close to area where you can go four sliding in the snow (even if there is not a lot of snow, because they have snow machines)

Great family place!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my brother and father.  We got the multiple room on the 3rd floor and it was great for 3 people.  Staff was really friendly, and although they didn't speak perfect English (we spoke very little German) there were no issues.  Food was great and definitely enjoyed sitting out on the patio/biergarten having a couple biers.  Highly recommended for a stay in Prum.

Great Place to Stay

We were on a MC trip and due to poor weather we decided to stay here for one night.
We ended up staying two nights. One of the best hotels ever visited, with the nicest couple running it. I would recommend this to everyone I know and I'm definitely returning to Prüm and this place.

I will especially recommed to have your meal here, and order an austrian weiss-bier and the "alpine 200g steak"!

A very nice traditional, family run hotel/restaurant. We arrived about 7.30pm on a Sunday to a warm welcome. There were a few people in the restaurant which was a good sign. We were shown up to our room which was a good size and traditionally furnished. The en-suite was fitted out in about 1970 but was clean and added to the ambiance. I loved it. Their restaurant serves Austrian specialities  and they are all home cooked to order. Beautiful. After a good nights sleep in the quiet room we went down to breakfast and there was a large spread laid out on our table.  An assortment of fresh bread, cheese, meat, jam, pot of coffee, boiled egg, yogurt. The hosts were so friendly. Had to have a walk through the old town before continuing our journey. We would definitely stay there again.
