I spent another fantastic 8 nights in August/September at Villa am Park. Wonderful stay just as it was in 2015. I certainly wish I could have stayed longer. Marina is a lovely host and makes you feel right at home. The dining room downstairs is always stocked with beverages (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.) and is where Marina serves breakfast each morning with a variety of selections. The dining room is also available for guests in the evenings. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and exceptionally clean. Parking on the street outside is available and the walk to the tram is only 2 minutes. Trams to the City Centre run frequently, however, if you prefer the exercise walk it is only 15 or 20 minutes. I look forward to my next stay and would not hesitate to recommend Villa am Park to anyone.

Absolutely The Best Place

During September 2015, I had the pleasure of spending 8 nights at this fantastic B&B. Wonderful location with tram a short 3-4 minute walk and City Centre close enough for a good, picturesque 20 minute walk. My room was extremely spacious and well decorated as was the entire home. I slept in the most comfortable bed I experienced during my two month stay in Europe. Great continental breakfast and the Wi-Fi really worked. Marina was an exceptional host and I apologize to her for taking so long to write my review. I am really looking forward to my return trip in 2017.

Going Back In 2017

Villa am Park is in a wonderful location, just a short and picturesque stroll to the gorgeous city centre of Erfurt.  We had a car and parking outside of the B&B was a breeze.  The rooms are simply decorated but spotless, and the beds are ridiculously comfortable.  The free wifi worked a treat!  Marina was a lovely host and supplied a really wonderful breakfast.  A real highlight for us was the dining room downstairs that guests could use at any time.  Marina had stocked the kitchen with wine and other drinks (all at a very reasonable price) and we enjoyed a lovely evening down there having a few quiet reds and inspecting our haul of goodies purchased from the amazing Christmas market.  We would like to have stayed longer as the B&B was so comfortable and welcoming; it actually felt like we were staying at a friend's home as the hospitality offered was second to none.  This was our second visit to Erfurt and I fell in love with this beautiful city all over again.  I can't wait to stay at Villa am Park the next time we are lucky enough to be in the area.

The only place to stay in Erfurt!

This accommodation was booked for me by relatives also staying at Villa am Park and was an excellent choice.
Everything about the stay was fantastic from the the owners who are welcoming and always available to assist to the wonderful room which was clean, well appointed and quiet. The breakfast in the mornings was a highlight with a variety of selections to cater for all tastes and cultural backgrounds and the offer of a boiled egg each day was gladly accepted.
The Villa is set in a quiet and scenic section of Erfurt approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre - there are plenty of available buses and the tram station is only a 3 minute walk for those wanting a quicker trip to the city.
The manager speaks English well and is happy to assist with advice regarding attractions and transport options depending on where you wish to go.
The 4 night stay was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to anyone wanting a more intimate/personal option for their accommodation.

A little known gem

Marina is a wonderful hostess who looks after her guest exceptionally well.  The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the breakfast is a typical continental breakfast with all that you would expect.

The location is a gentle 15  minute walk or a quick tram out of the city.
