The rooms are nice and very clean. Breakfast room is full of light and the selection is good. Very good value for money. The garage is free to use and even has charging for vehicles (charged separately, a bit pricey).

Beautiful place, like from a postcard.

The room and the bathroom are beautiful and extremely clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hostess is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offers good selection of breads, pies, cheeses, jams, hams and fresh fruit and vegetables. The property offers a free parking and a garage. We definitely recommend it! It’s better than some 4 star hotels we stayed at.

Very nice and clean hotel

When I needed a good and comfortable Bed and Breakfast in the area, someone recommended “Am Schlossberg”, and it turned out to be Very Good.

Reservation over the phone was easy.
Finding the place is no problem, and it is situated in the centre of a very nice village.

Check-in was efficient and Friendly, and because I was on a motorcycle, they asked: “are you a friend of X?”. Indeed, I was.
There is a covered garage for motorcycles, which is nice.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower, good bed, and good functioning Wifi. The breakfast was Excellent, and checkout was smooth.

Beware, as the website states: payment by BankCard is possible, but no credit-cards (the CC-fees in Germany are still an issue).

All in all an Excellent place, and I will probably stay there again when I travel through Germany.

Excellent Pension (with safe and covered motorcycle parking)

Superclean rooms and also other premises. Friendly staff who was really helpful. Breakfast is included to the room price and is fresh and tasty. If you are travelling with a baby, only problem is to manage to get prams to room (quite narrow stairs). There is free parking space on the streets. Goid choice if you are travelling by car. I truly recommend this accommodation. As the pension is located in a small village, there is basically one take away- pizzeria open on evenings.

Superclean and cozy gasthaus 

We just had a great night here. The ferry was a bit late and we messaged the hotel to let them know.  When we arrived the motorbikes were put in the garage and a table at the lovely restaurant next door was booked for us. 

The room was very comfy with a comfy shower and Aircon, most appreciated after a hot day on the bikes.

Breakfast was included and that set us up for the day ahead. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Motorbike friendly

We stayed here on our way back to Calais. We arrived at midnight to a note and key in reception. We had our little dog with us and had a good sleep. A lovely quiet spot. The shower was very good. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and the owners were friendly. We would return if we were in the area. 

Very clean and friendly 

Very clean room provided with everthing we needed (free Wifi, hairdryer, ...). Breakfast was extensive and good. Not much to see in the tiny village of Reichenberg; we were there only to see Würzburg, which is a very short car drive away. Almost 5 star rating, because we thought 85€ for a double room which is nice but not luxurious and which was not in the centre of Würzburg city was a tad bit overpriced. But we had a good experience and would definitely recommend it for a short stay.
