Beautiful apartment with high ceilings that we booked for ten women for a friend's hen party. The place is spacious, with two kitchens, four bathrooms and four bedrooms(one is the main living area plus sofa beds). Staff were extremely helpful on check in and we had no issues the entire time. The only issue was the pub below (Kisüzem) is very loud until around 4am, with lots of people hanging around in the streets shouting until the early hours. This didn't really affect us, but something to consider! Loved our stay and would recommend - very close to two SPARs for stocking up!

Great for big groups

The apartment is in a different location from their office address.  The person who met us there was very busy and could not leave fast enough.  The apartment was clean but needed some dusting.  It’s a beautiful apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.  We had to wait for someone to inspect the place before we could leave for our next destination.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We stayed here for a weekend in October. When we arrived at the check in time we were told the apartments weren't ready to check into yet. When we left our bags we saw the apartments being cleaned, they were filthy still and there had clearly been parties there. 
When we checked out we went room to room to make sure it was left as we found it. The day after we left they contacted us saying we'd caused a huge amount of damage and they'd take €400 euro from our credit card. They sent photos of damage that did not happen during the few days we stayed there. They refused to show time/date info of when the photos were taken, and weren't responsive. We weren't able to resolve this, so are down €400 euros for damage we didn't cause. 
Avoid staying here, they scammed us.

Terrible; dispute not resolved

Not all the appartments are in the adress kepiro utca 9. We rent two appartments because we are a group and they are separated more than 500 m and they were 20' (Akacfa utca 6) walking from kepiro utca. We knew this information a little time before arrive Budapest. The neighborhood are nice but we would have liked to know before and to can decide.
Be careful with the number of beds, because they consider a double bed a sofa of less than 120cm. Only for share very small children. They give us one only additional bed, but it was not enough . We were very disappointed with this issue because we could not sleep well. 
A window in a bedroom didn`t  close well and we were cold and we are in November, I can´t imagine in January!. The shower was stuck and we were eleven people. We told the staff and nobody came to repair it or give us a solution.
It’s a pitty because the apartments are correct and nice but the staff is only interested in the money and not in giving a good service to the customer.

very dissapointed

From start to finish this place lived up to its expectations. The location was great & the apartment was stunning. Comfortable beds & enough space for 8 of us. Thomas & his staff went above & beyond & even had a bottle of wine in the fridge for my friends birthday. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Budapest.
