We stayed here for a night.
Its a good value hotel, reasonably priced. It has a little old eastern european feeling but in a good way. Crew is helpfull and kind.
The elevetor is broken and you can get stuck between levels.
If you accept the fact it is a three star hotel you would not be disappointed. Very good value and kind people.

Very good value

It is indeed an old hotel but there are signs of improvements.  Helpful and kind staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is one of their strenghts: fair selection, and quality is rather good (Real scrambled eggs, made from fresh eggs; it is often a challenge for many 4 star hotels). The lake is 50-100 m away.
If you need a peaceful place by the lake, I think this hotel is a good chice.

Good choice

Rooms and services are basic, but they serve their purpose. The main building is a bit aged, as are the rooms, beds are hard, sheets a bit rough but you're here for the lake anyway. If you can, book a room in the refurbished premium wing. 

Outdoor swimming pool, giant chess, playground, basic outdoor gym setup, pool table, table tennis, regular tennis, bike rental... So stuff to do.

Breakfast is solid, a la carte in the evenings is nothing special - try the Vig Molnár nearby. The location is great both within Csopak as well as the area, so whether you're on foot, by bike or car it's a good starting point for excursions or just days on the 'beach' - you'll get a discount card for entry.

Usually come here for a pre and/or post season weekend with the kids - perfect for it.

Basic but enough

Stayed peak season, converted into pounds sterling (350huf - £1) works out at £95 per night for a double room including breakfast. Location is great, near beach, the hotel is split into two seperate buildings, one is a premium wing, no children allowed, as we had children with us we stayed in the older section. The rooms in the old section are functional if anything, acceptable but in need of modernising, they're nothing special. The family rooms are an increadible £208 per night, again in need of modernising and nowhere near worth £208 per night. Reception area is modern, pool area ok. The food and dining areas are the hotel's only real strengths, the breakfast is good as is dinner, dinner is fairly priced.

OK hotel, good location.

Spent two days at the hotel before the summer season. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach. Rooms are general looking, worn a bit but clean and nice. Recaption and other hotel services are setisfactory. We missed the spa area. Parking lots can be found easily at the hotel as well as next to it. Breakfast is awesome. 🌮🥪🥤

Decent hotel, good location 

We don’t recomend it it at all! The photos on the website show only renovated, nice rooms (appartments) and that’s why we chose this hotel but when we arrived we got old small room with a terrible bathroom. Broken Windows (see the photo), pillows with stains And a very noisy airconditioning didn’t make the situation better. The price was too high for the quality of the room. Breakfast- Every day there was something missing- Bread, sugar, water,etc. We had to ask the staff to refill the products all the time. The staff at the reception desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. The beach near the hotel is paid And once you Enter it you cannot leave without paying again for the entrance. Please think twice before you chose this hotel.
