We stayed here for 2 night. Very nice and clean rooms, and extremely helpful guys working there. One of the guys by reception, Vishal can give you all sorts of info regarding the visits, the food, the transport and the prices. Highly recommended to others.

Nice and clean rooms, very helpful staff!

Vishal, the owner, and his staff will do everything for your stay to be as confortable as they can.
Bedding is confortable, bathroom is clean and well done.
The place is located to a animated neighborhood (plenty of food stales, tea stalls and rickshaws) but quiet at night, even with Windows open .

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel that has wonderful staff, owner and manager:always ready to help and make you feel at home 24/24. The room is very clean and the bed super large and comfy. You can also ask them where to eat or just order them a delivery and they can also provide you something very good.

We really felt welcomed here! Arriving early morning at 5am they were ready waiting for us and also let us have the room early, the rooms were comfortable,clean and spacious! They are well equipped with great tv,good internet and friendly staff. They have all the information you will need on you visit here. I will definitely come back and stay here in the future, also great value for money!

Stayed in Chhaya hotel for 4 days during our visit to Ajanta Ellora caves. Were extremely pleased by the quality of service and accomodation provided. Wanted to thank very helpful and friendly Front desk manager VISHAL for being so attentive and responsive.
Also, very clean room with modern furniture and clean bathroom with hot water made our stay even more comfortable!

Good stay, great memories!

When visiting hotel Chayya my girlfriend and I were instantly impressed with everything from the service and attitude of the staff and owners to the cleanliness and presentation of the bedrooms. Our room was spotlessly clean and the shower was hot. 

We arrived at 7:30am and, as he had no other guests in the room, the owner allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. On top of that he also allowed us a late check out as a courtesy to us (our follow on bus was due to leave at 4pm). While this shouldn’t be expected, I can honestly say the staff in the hotel will do all they can to help you out at no charge and their concern is most certainly the quality of your stay. 

The WiFi wasn’t the best in the world but it wasn’t unusable and I would definitely stay again if in Aurangabad.

The location is good (15 - 20 minute walk from the central bus stand) and people in the local area are extremely friendly.

Clean room, good price, friendly staff

Due to a severe train delay, my friend and I arrived at this hotel only after 10 p.m. The day before, we booked a cheap room on Booking.com, but at the reception they refused us, saying that they couldn't give us a room because they don't accept foreigners. This condition was not written anywhere on their page on booking.com, but the manager assured us on the phone that we had overlooked it - which is a lie. No requests and negotiations helped, at 10.30 pm we were thrown out on the street - almost literally, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced anything like this. We had no choice but to accept the help of a taxi driver who drove us from one hotel to another almost in the middle of the night, until after 3 attempts we found a free room at Hotel Shreemaya near the railway station, where the staff were understanding, friendly - I definitely recommend this hotel , and I strongly advise against Flagship 92567 Chhaya !!

Hotel Booked Via Booking.com with advanced payment. 
I Booked 2 room in  Hotel Chayya  aurangabad via booking.com for family stay 26 Nov 22 to 27 nov.22. Reached hotel  at 6 pm. At time of check-in Hotel receptionist  declined  to give room at booking price.he said we not bound  to give room to you. If you need room than you need to pay double  to your booking  price. 
At evening time and completely  tired  due to  long journey and with family with 4 and 5 year child i have no other  option  rather  giving  double  price.

It's  completely  cheating  , Although I had  advanced  booking  and also made half payment  as confirmation ,  and I also  got confirmation  mail  from Hotel . It's  really  bad  experiences   from Hotel Chayya , never  even  expecting this kind of behavior  from hotel.

One more thing after giving double  price my staying experiences with Hotel Chayya is really  pathetic.
It's like Dharmsahla.
Linen is smelly ,Bath toom is dirty  and unhygienic , no towel or cloth hanger in bathroom ,No  staff other  than receptionist ,Door lock not working so Whole night is open and i can't  even  sleep due to that ,Tv not working, even no dustbin in room,
Room was Smelly and really dirty, below  bad  it seems like dustbin, liquid and water  empty bottle and other  rubbish things,spider nest in every corner  of room .Please  look some pictures of  hotel room as A proff.
Overall  pathetic experience  .

Dirty and unhygienic  Hotel In aurangabad

SMELLY, DIRTY, UNPLEASANT. 
DO. NOT RELY ON GOOD REVIEWS. 
I DID THAT AND LOST MONEY. CHECKED OUT IN HALF AN HOUR AFTER CHECK IN.
The paint was peeling from walls.Damp and musty smell.
This place NEEDS serious cleaning and maintenance. Best avoided.
