Centrally located, good food and good service. Polite staff , tell them your budget friendly, they will co operate. Received very nice treatment and guidance. Go for it without any doubt. Family rooms are superb. 


Too Good 

I have stayed in this property from 8th to 11th October, 2022 for 3 Nights with my family. Location is good just 5minutes walking distance from the main attraction of Darjeeling, The Mall Road. Rooms are big in size with modern amenities and attached balcony with nice view. We have enjoyed the stay and the food they served taste awesome. All the staffs are very polite and helpful in nature especially Mr. Sanjib and Mr. Rijwan in front office are always ready with smiling face to listening the guests and to solve the issues if happen. The service boy Mr. Tapan Das is very helpful and always be there to make the guests happy. Overall my family and me have a good experience staying here and looking to stay again...

Nice Place to Stay in Darjeeling...

Location of this hotel is excellent, in comparision with the other same budget hotels it is far better. All the staffs are very co-oprative & humble. We never face any issue with service point. All over experience was very good & hope we will visit again.

Very good hotel with excellent location

Location of this place is good, however the restaurant services are horrible and people (specially) reception is rude and they give baseless allegations on guests about meaningless things and insult guests with such allegations.

Not good

The hotel location, cleanliness, washroom is all good. Even 24 hour geyser is there but when it comes to the behaviour it's not that good. The man who sits in the reception abhijit basu is a pretentious person, he accused us for making the towels unclean wanted us to pay Rs 250/ towel ( as they gave 2 towels) the towels were unclean it had Vermilion stain though I didn't say anything as we carry personal towel always. But due to justified logical conversation with my husband they didn't charge money, as he called the booking agent then the matter ended. Lastly I would say that this hotel will always behave like this, so the boarders be cautious when you interact with them. The staffs will charge money from wherever they can. Be cautious always if you are planning to stay.

Location & Cooking staff 4 🌟 review. 1 boy who was only soft spoken in the hotel ,very nice boy & Rajiv Chaturvedi extremely rude behavior should focus on how to talk with customer . hotel location is very near to mall rooad & bite bite veg restaurant is preparing tasty food

Nature wings is a scamster travel agency moving towards a bigger scam conning travelers. 
I have paid Rs 32.5k for Two Persons; This Hotel has been offered by NW at Darjeeling was Pathetic.. the Room was on the Ground Floor.. no Window.. hardly 75Sq M.. Me and My Father left the Hotel and booked another another; After Barraging with the Booked Hotel by NW, next day they have given a better room.. 

Overall Nature Wings  a Money Making Company.. In Future Never Recommend anyone to travel with them.. The Person who is Managing the Tour and the Guy who was earlier in touch was not in Sync.. Fortunately the Driver was good, we save our Holiday from being a Nightmare.

Never Travel with Nature Wings Holidays

We had a last minute trip to Darjeeling in peak season, May 2022. 

This hotel was booked by our travel agent ( another terrible mistake, first time with a travel agent and experience was below average). 

It is  just behind rink mall, cars can’t go in the narrow  lane to reach this hotel. It is a good 10mins (for adults) walk from the mall area. 

It was premium room (well, whatever that was) with view. Room 504 ( it was written on a piece of paper and stuck on the door, looked so cheap). 

Cons: 
1. We arrived at hotel at 12:45pm. Room wasn’t ready even though we had called previous night and let them know about our arrival ( especially we were traveling with small baby)
2. Hotel staff leaves a lot of room for improvement - at the very first interaction staffs were busy fighting among themselves (who would earn a tip) who would take our luggage to room instead of helping us (we decided to take it upstairs- 5th floor ourselves given their unprofessional behavior - beware, there is no lift. 
- after reaching our rooms we saw staff still cleaning the rooms ( at their own sweet pace, completely ignoring my crying baby) they took their own time ie 15 mins more while we waited outside the room with a crying baby - they could have informed about the room not being ready downstairs so we could wait in the little lounge area (two sofas and one tv), hardly any communication with the manager and the staff
- even after so much time was spent on cleaning, the room was downright dirty. The bathroom mirror had betel nut red spit marks. Hair everywhere on room floor, dust on window panes 
- there was a glass outside our room, even when we checked out after 3 days it was still in the corridor. Believe the corridor is never cleaned as well. 
- we only got two bottles of water on day 1. No room cleaning on day 2 - no water even 
- even the geyser switch is outside in the reception and every time you need hot water you had to ask them to turn on the geyser. Inconvenient. 
- on day 2, we got a knock at 10:40pm in the night asking us to clear our dues as we would check out tomorrow 11am - is this a joke? I wonder who is the management and how do they train their staff. 
- even at 7:30am, all staff remains asleep and the front door is closed, shutter down (you need to use a small narrow door on the side if you wish to go out)

3. Food - we had breakfast included in the room rate. First day we couldn’t eat as we went out early before their breakfast time ie 8:30am (which is quite late in the mountains as day starts very early here) and day 2, we had the complimentary breakfast which was chole bature, tea, boiled eggs - food taste was good. And the staff serving the food was the best we had seen in this hotel. 

4. No lift - major con with a baby. Lugging the stroller and bags etc every time was a big problem.
5. Room with view - We were on the top floor - room 504. There is some view but nothing great. Not worth the money really. 

Pros 
1. Electricity- only saving grace. Didn’t experience any blackout during our stay, thankfully 
2. Water availability- water is an issue in hill stations but thankfully, water was available (speed in taps kept fluctuating though). For hot water, had to request staff to switch on the geyser from reception area. Washroom was really dirty. Looked in desperate need of deep clean. So did all the towels (grateful we decided to bring ours) and linens. 

For the price we paid we could have got much better deals in 5star hotels. It was a mistake to travel in peak season, sure to never do the same again.

Don’t book unless there is nothing else available

I stayed at this hotel in June 2022 with family. Worst customer service.
The owner of the hotel on first day of our stay told us that they don't care for customer issues as majority of the customers don't visit the city again. I recommend not to use this hotel for stay.

Its very much disappointing with their accomodation and service. Right from reception staff, restuarant staff aren't well behaved. During peak winter their geyser was not working. Pathetic experience, bad food. Not at all recommended.
