This one from OYO offers complete value of money, right from the size of the room which are spacious, delicious food, courteous staff, centralised location. This one is best for family stays. Recommended.

Good budget hotel

we are not satisfied with the service and facilities. I was checking at morning time 05:30 and I'm very tired. I have three large luggage bags. and hotel manager provide to me third floor room and there are no lift service. and there are no any service boy. The receptionist boy take my only two bags. He provided to me dirty and bathroom size room. And I was exhausted sitting on the stairs, but receptionist boy did not help in my recovery. after some request he provided to me any large room and take 2500 rupees extra. but But no TV works there or the bathroom geyser. Bathroom had strong sewage smell. And before 8 am no tea/coffee available. Sach a very bad hotels.. and meed night no dinner service available. And there was a smile of the group from the boy's face sitting at the reception. He was a bloody person don't don't go on this bloodies hotel.

Disappointed Hotel and Wrose experience ever.

I have previously also used oyo rooms and it has been a pleasant stay and based on that I booked my stay at Hotel Mansarovar Palace in Jaipur via Oyo, but to my utter disappointment this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Be it be the staff, the services or amenities, even after paying around 1k per night. 

First of all, one of my female friend came here to drop me at the hotel, as she is local and helped me find the hotel and even before I made check in and was filling the details the person at reception was like "madam Ander ni jayegi" I told them politely that she is not going to stay here, she just came to drop me, I went to see my room and she also wanted to have a look to see if everything was okay? She didn't even stay for 10 mins max and needed a glass of water I asked for the same, but these people didn't even provide drinking water, and was only saying one thing that "madam need to go". Is your policy so stringent that one can not even drink a glass of water until the person steps out of the hotel? 

Instead they asked me to meet my guests in the garden area (which doesn't even look like a garden) it's just some patch of grass, and guess what I have to sit in scorching sun and pollution  To meet my guests. Pics of so called garden area and the lobby which is nothing but a passage between reception and staircase to the rooms are attached. One can not have a meeting at these kind of places if  you do not allow in rooms At least have good place or restaurant where people can meet. 

There is no water bottles given. The water provided is in a camper, which I do not know when it was washed.(pics attached)  They told me that we don't provide bottled water. 

Today morning when I asked for an extra portion of breakfast, I was not told before that it ll be chargeable, how do u define complimentary breakfast? If one has an appetite for more than one portion then how will you take care of that? Also when I was supposed to put that into my mouth suddenly the waiter is like - you have to pay for this. 
Isn't it the responsibility to tell upfront?

You promise good services and free wifi, 
WiFi is not at all working since yesterday. I asked them that it is not working the reception person rudely replied - "we don't know, piche se hi nhi chal rha. Aap apne aap dekh lo, ye ni chalega", is that how you apologize if any of your amenities is not functional? The screenshot for non functional wifi is also attached. 

I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of services and the way the staff is treating a customer. And totally regret staying here. Even after paying for services if you get treated like this. 

I strongly recommend people to find another place than this.

Extremely disappointing place and services, rude and discourteous staff

This is good budget hotel in Jaipur. The rooms and good and spacious. Nice ambiance and Good Food with comparatively low price. The charges of the Hotel, room & services was comparatively low. This Hotel is not exactly in the Center of the city but everything are few minutes away.

This is good hotel in Jaipur, not exactly in the heart of the city but not too far off either. The rooms and good and spacious. Nice ambience and decent food. Can be as an alternative option for your stay.
