My Stay  period at sanskruti resorts, gokarna was from 16th May to 18th May 2022. My stay was wonderful. The reception female staff were quite courteous. The manager Mr. Jeevan was quite helpful,he guided me through my entire booking process , local travel transport arrangements and until checkout. Rooms are clean , spacious and pool facing. Intercom, slight interior repairs, stabilized power backup are needed which are OK and can be ignored when you go for a leisure and relaxing. Breakfast , Dinner is Buffet , Lunch is ala carte . Food  quality is nice. Wifi quality needs to be  improved. Spa is at reasonable rates. Games Zone available . Kudle  Beach from the resort is nearly 3-4 Kms , OM  Beach from the resort is nearly 4-5 Kms , Gokarna Main beach from the resort is nearly 2 Kms . You  need to take Auto for it which  charges you 200 for one way. Ensure you take the auto drivers number for your return journey as many autos waiting there are prebooked, hence return journey by walking is not a easy task at night between the forest. 
Overall the experience was fantastic. Will surely stay again and recommend others also to stay. I would rate it 9 out 10.

A Wonderful & Delighted  experience

Stayed with the family in the resort which is nicely located in a hill. Wrote a mail to the General manager requesting early check in but till today no response but the  staff  managed  to give us one room early.. the resort is nice but need some maintenance in some place. I want to recognize Jevan Gowda the resort manager who was very helpful during our stay and also helped us with some issue in the room. He is really a asset to your hotel. He even promoted their other hotels in Goa which I was unaware of. My wife had a Abhyanga ayurvedic massage and the spa manager Shiva gave us a good deal and Rupa the massage Therapist was very nice.  The food was excellent  and reasonable. Again thank you Jevan Gowda and we will be back just because of you.

Comfortable stay

Spent a couple of nights last month in this property. The property looks good from outside with spacious reception, dining, cottages all around a swimming pool. While the room was decent, the washroom was not well maintained with exhaust fan not working, the electrical switches not fitted properly, hot water not available etc. It was a bit disappointing.
The option for food was limited although quality and taste was good. May be we visited in an "off season" and hence our choice was limited. 
They have a SPA and I enjoyed a session in the spa with a very well trained therapist.

Average 

This place does not live upto the expectations and is just an average property. We had to shift to another resort from here. Although the staff is doing a great job but the management is not taking note and not maintaining the place at all.
The positives:-

The negatives:-
Rooms in bad state
No wifi range in rooms
Curtain rods bent, switch boards broken, lights not working
Breakfast buffet having only 2/3 options
Paper cups for Tea, Coffee, Milk
Poor quality toiletries
Glasses not clean
TV and Set top box wires hanging
Unclean linen and towels

Just average

My room was OK. December hiked up price was a total scam. The restaurant staff were very inattentive and they only offerred mediocre buffet at every metal. AC and hot water were not working in my room

MEDIOCRE 

Will not recommend this property if you are keen on clean bedsheets and without holes. Though we requested them to change the bed sheet, it was still the same.W eq found the rooms damped and smelly. There were few mosquitoes around in the room. No hot water in the cottage where we stayed. Imagine in the rains with the water cold and no access to hot water. The breakfast was below average with no choice. Out of The 2 pools shown, one was with Algae, maybe this was the cause of mosquitoes. The Filter to the pool was not working.  The rooms need maintenance very badly. 
In terms of location: it's well located. 
Management: this property is not well kept. Sadly, in spite of so many true negative reviews, the management is sleeping over it.
Pricing: This is the only property which had a pricing of 3500 per night in the area. Others were around 6000/-

We had arrived late in the evening and we're tired to find out more hotels. So we zeroed on this property. I

Not worth considering with family or even couples.

Didn’t liked the property, restaurant’s staff was not attentive. Good thing was they allowed late check out but the water supply was stopped and that was worst scenario. Breakfast menu was similar on all the days. Not tasty food and normally food is not hot up to the mark

Unexpected stay

Overall stay in Sanskruthi resort with family and kid is okay.  The location was perfect ; distance to temple ( <2 km), restaurants ( Godavari and Pai restaurant <2km) and side seeing is near by ( 4-5 kms).  Overall, I would give a 2 star experience. 

It's a good resort but the cottages/property is not well maintained. We booked the premium cottage for a family of 5 members, but had to shift to a different room for a night as the Aircon was not working. The management was not proactive to resolve the complaints/issues and we had to repeatedly follow-up until they fixed the issues. 

Commuting to restaurants, temple, beach and side seeing requires transportation and not recommended to walk with family in the night. 

Breakfast was complimentary and is okay for a day or two. 


Recommended for family stay with Kids, but the property needs maintainence

1. Poor maintenance. Don't go by the fancy pictures
2. No hot water at all! They say leave 2 buckets of cold water and after that you will get hot water. Not only do you end up wasting copious amounts of water but also end up not getting hot water.
3. Torn bedsheets, stained pillows, TV doesn't work, and the list goes on.
4. Staff is just not bothered about people staying there at all. But for a few people at reception and restaurants, all others just don't give a darn about customer service.
5. For the price they quote the hotel cottage/room is completely worthless.
6. Smelly toilets! Like untidy and repeated requests to clean them were ignored. 

Not a great experience here. Not worth the price

Cons:
Service: they have pathetic service, room staff dont understand Hindi/English properly.  It takes so much time to explain what actually you want.
When I reached Hotel, though i already had a booking and full amount was paid but I was asked to wait for more than 30 min as they were not able to find all details and later said that you need to pay pending 3000 Rupess, even though I paid everything already.
I asked we can discuss after check-in as we were tired and had my aged mother and finally they allowed us to check in.
At dinner table, when we gave order it took them for 45 minutes to serve, as it was like they started cooking when we gave order.
Within washroom waterflow was not good and I had to call the room service.

I must say please choose a better option if you can.

Pros:

Room was spacious and dinner was tasty.
