We stayed here for 3 days in June. The hotel looks like it's still under construction especially since the reception area looks more like a field. However we did enjoy our stay here because it has a great view. Our balcony overlooked the valley and the kalka shimla toy train line passed right under our balcony. Waking up to the slow snail pace train which then disappeared into the trees was a treat. Also as mentioned before since the reception area is only an expansive area, there is parking space in case one has a car. The rooms are decent and clean, but ensure that you take the one facing the valley. Otherwise it can get depressing with no view. The food is possibly the low point. One might want to rely on other dhabas that are available in plenty in the surrounding area. 
AAA is located in Sanawar, which is around a 30 mins drive to Kasauli.It makes sense to stay in Sanawar as there are other places like Barog and Dagshai which are then closer and more accessible.

Great Location

Nice hotel. Food is really good here. Rooms are very neat and clean. One must try Indian food here.beautiful view from rooms. Peaceful place. Parking facility is also available. Lovely place for couples.

Peaceful place

I visited this place with my family in the month of May last year i.e. 2016. I really had a pleasant stay here. I really enjoyed and the staff was very cooperative and the guys at reception was also caring and they talk very nicely and give respect to each and everyone. I suggest this hotel to all. Must visit once.

Amazing

We booked this hotel for two days on makemytrip.com; property location is excellent as it's situated on main highway and before 10 kms from Kasauli. The hotek has a small garden having variety of roses and oranges; rooms are okay but their service is pathetic; staff is untrained. From balcony you have access to see Toy train as it passes right below the hotel. Hotel staff offered dirty bed sheet, dirty towels which was really annoying. Despite reminding thrice they didn't care for removing garbage from dustbin which was left out by earlier guests which had children diapers. At the time of complimentary breakfast when we ordered masala omelet and two plain parathas the Receptionist Monika called that we would give you only one Paratha. How can she decide on Guest diets. The hotel has a small lift for two passengers so it's convenient to climb up and down as the hotels has rooms on four floors. The parking space was sufficient and safe. Except for hotel staff everything else was okay and hope they train or either replace such pathetic staff.

Good hotel property but pathetic service

Infrastructure was really pathetic, and since the facility seemed to be woefully short of help, it would take a very long time for gaps in service to be addressed. Besides the level of room service was very inferior, as the orders would simply not get delivered. Besides the bed linen was also not clean..All and all quiet unsatisfactory so Caveat Emptor. The only saving grace, was its location on the highway.
