This is a haven for mosquitoes. Never book this place. Even if you get a room for free or may be paid to stay here. 

Air conditioning was not working too. The rooms are very shabby. There are mosquitoes all over the place. Repellants won't work here. I had booked this room but had to leave this place within 30 mins. 

They were very kind enough to refund the booking amount after lot of discussion. 

Haven for mosquitoes . NOT for humans. 

Best rooms at affordable prices with private balcony and garden view . Friendly staff... Good food. Very peaceful property. They arranged bonfire at night. 1 kms from Western group of temples. Highly recommended

Awesome property with large garden

Best budget rooms in Khajuraho. It used to be a zostel property hence it has that zostel vibe. Rooms are clean, service is good and staff is too helpful, but above all the location is just perfect (just 150m from the temple gate).

Best budget property in Khajuraho

)This is a hostel which was earlier a part of Zostel chain. This is the best property for those who really wants to enjoy Khajuraho. Owner of the hotel Sh Kamal Dev Singh ( 7000982187) is a nice man. This is a hotel with no facility of restaurant. However they have a rooftop cafe which is generally not operated except on the request of group. There are rooms and dorms. Rooms are very spacious. Hotel is very clean. Mostly young crowd prefer this hostel. If you are travelling with friends or family without kids then this place is highly recommended. Hotel is very affordable. It is in the main market and adjoining the western group of temples, which are the main part of Khajuraho attraction. Just in fron of hotel there is tea shop known as western canteen, where you can get tea, coffee and bread butter.

Best location and very good property in this category

Moustache, the manager, was amazing with us. He provided exceptional service and took care of us all the time (will all of our crazy requests!). Bedrooms are big enough to not feel overwhelmed and really clean too. 100% recomendable. We will come back again. Thanks Moustache! <3

The Headquarters is situated in front of the lake. Shailendra was very helpful and attention. We were there for 1 night and had a great experience. Must stay if you are in Khajuraho. Highly recommended place. 

Best place to stay in Khajuraho 

When I came here, didn't expect that much good hospitality I will receive. The total area is near to western group of temples, easily accessible all visiting places of Khajuraho. The staff are very nice. I traveled solo, didn't face any problem here. The manager Ashish is very good person, he helped me a lot. I came here on last day of year 31st December, didn't think about party and all. There was organised a party, they invited me and I enjoyed a lot with fellow travelers. One moustache uncle (don't remember his name), he is also nice. In night, we were enjoying, listening music and bonfire. He came and sang old song with us. 

You can reach here from railway station or airport easily from sharing auto or private.

Nice place to stay

A trip to a place like Khajuraho MUST be filled with ecstacy, joy, eroticism and of course, colors! That's exactly what Headquarter Khajuraho had to offer to us!!
We were looking for that colorful, youthful and fun-filled place to stay for our trip here. We surveyed many blogs, websites and reviews. Finally, came across this amazing place of stay. The Bundelkhand Link Train arrived early morning at the Khajuraho Station, but we were granted a stand-by room for rest. The hotel features both dorms and family rooms. The entrance to the Western Group of Temples is merely less than 500 metres! Situated right beside the main road, you will have shops of almost every nature, alongwith ATMS, Cafes and restaurants. Khajuraho is a very small town and the main hangout is Raja Chowk, where you get almost anything! Autos and Totos are available from the hotel to the airport and railway station, easily. There are shops selling artifacts, mementos, garments, grocery, etc. all nearby.
The rooms were very spacious, clean and airy! Spacious bathroom with hot water, whenever you require. The hotel has a lot of space all around it, just if you like to hang out. The guest sitting area is so colorful and green - just awakes the traveler in you! The management is very cooperative, where you have assistance, available almost 24 hours.

Hemant ji (owner), Asish ji, Shailendra ji and the other staff were just remarkable in their hospitality. Visiting the Eastern and Southern group of Temples is also easy from this point of stay. Autos and Totos are easily available. Perfect for Indian, foreign, solo or family travelers. Filter water is available 24 hours with comfortable beds. Remarkable place of stay with an unforgettable hospitality - Headquarter Khajuraho, it is!

Just only if the insects can be taken care of. On our next visit, hopefully, we will not find one.

Exotic, Serene and Fun - Headquarter Khajuraho

Suggested hostel, clean and modern structure well located as it is two minutes walking from Khajuraho temples. The owner Mr Moustache makes you feel home and helps you with lot of services. If you have enough time ask him for the waterfalls tour!
