Best trip

These guys are a wholesome package of professional service, homely vibes, warm people and such good food.
Rooms- clean, laundry is done, all amenities available as a 2 star
Food-5 stars if you're a fan of Indian food and the serve it with love. Full meals with dessert.
Staff-adorable bunch of young boys who will genuinely care for you, are aware of your needs and will give you the best survival guide for your stay. Dinesh, ajay, ajit and one more whose name I can't remember all had a smile perpetually on their faces no matter the time of the day. Manager Rakesh is chill and usually the last to intervene.
Accessibility-above average but that's also the reason why is so peaceful. Lovely view of shanti stupa from there.
You will not see a typical hunger of money with these people.
Go without a doubt here.

Good and easy service. The food is nice. The view of Santi stupa. The stuff is very supportive. Made our hotel stay very comfortable. The lively music added to the atmosphere. One of the best property in Leh.

Had a very good stay there. Food served was awasome very caring and helping staff. All in all i felt like home there😃 The best thing Leh market is at walking distance. Also can move around in the cosy Leh roads enjoying the scenic beauty😍

The staff is very supportive. The location of hotel is good. Good services. View of Shanti Stupa. The hotel serves delicious food. The wifi was up and running all the time. You can go for workacation as well. Staff is ready everytime to serve you. Must visit.

The best hotel i ever stayed in ladakh with excellent food quality and co operative staff. Mr rakesh the manager is always ready to help u anytime and more over the staff keeps the room so clear. 
The rooms and the restaurant is so clean and i would definitely say its a best place to stay in ladakh

Best stay i always recommend

We had chosen the hotel based on reviews and it was indeed a good choice. Travelled in September first week with friends and family and had booked 2 rooms. We were 4 ladies and felt absolutely safe. In my 5 days stay here I think I stayed in almost every room on first floor (That is because we travelled to Kargil, Pangong and Nubra and came back to this hotel). They also kept our luggage on days when we were not in the hotel.  Every room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. The hotel has a small garden where table and chairs are kept. They have a dining hall on the ground floor. Special mention to hotel staff Ajay and Pawan, they were very kind, ensured we got hot food and we would chat a lot over breakfast and dinner. The food was good with lot of variety. On a specific night when the dining hall was full, they arranged table for us in the garden.   Room service is good, we would order snacks, tea, coffee in evenings. Wifi worked very well in rooms. Though it was very cold during first week Sep, i missed the fan in the room, and wished there was one. You can also see the Shanti stupa from the hotel. This hotel is very much recommended. Its 15 mins walk from the market.

Very good staff and hotel, good facilities, buffet, clean rooms, good location, Peaceful, warm welcoming and beautiful view from room gallery. Staff is awesome, very helpful,they make sure guests are good with high altitude change

Very good staff and hotel

We have learned a lot about Ladakh and were excited to experience the beautiful mountains and nature’s beauty. We, a group of 6 friends, had visited Ladakh in June 2019 and stayed at this hotel during our 10 days long trip. The rooms were spacious and cozy with a great view from the balcony. The food in the restaurant is exceptionally good with a decent service and gorgeous buffet spread.

The hotel staff take care of the most important thing of advisory on mountain sickness.They have adequate in house measures to take care of altitude sickness. All the staff are pleasant and greet you with a smile and available on a single call at anytime. And this hotel is very near to the old and new markets (10 minutes walk) but far enough away to be very peaceful and quiet. 

Mr Rakesh sharma, The Manager of this hotel had planned our whole Ladakh trip for
10 days without any hassles, made proper arrangements for sightseeing, stays and 
transportation services (Bikes) to Bara-lacha La, Khardung La, Nubra valley, Chang La and Pangong lake very well. He has also arranged for all the required Inner Line Permits (ILP). The best thing was the flexibility available in the plan for we could customize it, in between the trip also. 

The Driver provided, Mr Jitendra, was outstanding professional to manage through narrow, snowed, sleet and slippery roads on high altitude during our journey from Chandigarh to Leh by car. 

Overall truly a home away from home.Thank you Rakesh Ji and his team for everything, who helped us carry back great memories. certainly the best days of our lives! :)
