I travelled along with my wife and kid in June'22. The property is a well manitained basic property in outskirts of Leh. The beautiful Shanti Stupa is clearly visible from rooms and just 5 minutes by road. There is a small buddha temple just across the main gate. It was a memorable stay. The Manager Mr. Zubair is a very friendly person and takes good care of all guests.  
Note: They do arrange emergency O2 cylinders in case of requirements

Memorable Stay @ Antelope

Stayed at The Antelope for 3 days. Mr. Zubair the owner is one of the best hosts we met in Leh. Knowledgeable and jouval.

The rooms are clean, the staff well trained.  Overall the same Xperia nce of a laid back holiday.

The property is just outside the Shanti Stupa, with a beautiful courtyard and traditional Buddhist architecture.

Great stay. Complements to Zubair Bhai foraking this a great trip

The hotel is very amazing. The rooms are very cleaned. Food was very delicious. The staff and management is awesome. They are very welcoming. The view is also very beautiful from the balcony. The rooms are well maintained.

Shanti stupa is at walking distance. Friendly n polite staff. Amazing food. Caring and helpful manager. 

Had an awesome stay....the view from balcony is amazing and at night u can just keep on counting the starts..

Had a nice stay at Antelope hotel

This hotel provides has spacious rooms, good scenery from the balcony and decent food. The manager and staffs are very friendly. Only negative point is that the upper floor rooms are very chill during nights. We visited on 12th May and the climate was very chill. So it was difficult  to get good sleep without heater. When we put this suggestion, the manager informed that it's against the law there to equip with heaters in the room. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and Shanti stupa is very near by .I would rate this 4 out of 5.

Trip to leh ladakh with stay at hotel Antelope for 4 days.

We stayed here as part of Makemytrip package tour. Location is superb, right next to Shanti Stupa (although as a family you can't walk down), views are mesmerizing (as would be the case with most of Leh hotels) and basic amenities are in place. Flip side is that it's really a B&B, so you have no scope for additional activities and not luxury for sure. Service levels and speed need improvement. We would have liked to have more amenities and better service.

Basic amenities

Hotel has got the basic amenities. There is no power backup if electricity goes , hot water comes from 6 am to 5 pm, but they start early if you have early travel plans. Wi-fi is free and  works intermittently but that depends on BSNL and not is in control of Hotel. you cannot depend on having a internet connection in Leh. There are not many options for food, You get to eat whatever they cook mainly dal-chawal, paneer, paranthas, soup. There is no food menu as such.

There was an issue with one of the co-traveler where her stuff (cigarettes) were stolen by the housekeeping staff, it was apparently sorted later but it is a risk to leave any valuables in the hotel.

Hotel is located just behind the Shanti Stupa, it is a 10 mins walk but is a steep height. You can take a cab and walk down . It is around 2-3 kms from the main Leh market and you can ask the hotel to call a cab for you and it charges about 200-250 one way.

Very Average hotel

Wish I could give a zero star. This hotel has pathetic staff to bad food quality. They charge us for a bad food which we didn't even eat. This is a partner of MMT. I have requested MMT to get rid of this hotel. They only care about money and  not customer service.
