To attend a function in the hotel we had booked a few rooms and the banquet hall on ground floor (Jashan). The room were great and neat and clean. The hotel had a good restaurant(NAZRANA) which provided good variety of food. The hotel also provided free parking and also a bed for drivers. 
And speciality of the hotel and restaurant (chicken dum biriyani and murgmussallam and rumali khakhra)

Birthday celebration

Stayed with family for 3 days. We were provided room with a double bed and 02 nos. extra bed. The room size, bathroom size is OK but neat and clean. Basic amenities like tea pot, coffee, packed drinking water, tea bags, shampoo etc… are provided. The hotel is close to highway. No great view from window as it is surrounded by residents.  Breakfast is good with choice over North and South Indian dishes along with fruits, juice, tea, coffee etc.. We ordered veg dinner at the restaurant, and the taste was yummy. We would recommend to try Veg Hakka Noodles. Veg Hydrabadi Biryani.The rates are quite reasonable. Overall we had comfortable stay.

Worth staying @ reasonable budget

Stayed at this place for 6 nights, it was a good experience,the staff is good and helpful, management is helpful too. The restaurant was good and price worth. Over all a good location clean and nice room. We enjoyed our stay. Keep it up

Good and clean

The hotel is located very close to Nasik Mumbai Highway.  The rooms are spacious with  free wifi.  The rooms are clean.  Staff is friendly.  There is parking available.  Hot water in winters are available 24 x7.

All other amenities are accessible from this place.

Spacious rooms

Good hotel on budget. Rooms and service is great. Located on highway for Mumbai. Rooms are well maintained and spacious. The restaurant is also equally good with nice spread for breakfast and meals. Recommended. 

Nice n clean

Was there for one night. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Room was spacious with basic facilities. Al a carte  food was very good in taste at reasonable rate. Morning buffet breakfast had very limited option without basic things like toast, variety of fruits and juices, green tea etc... Don't know whether they have WiFi or not as receptionist didn't mention about same and we didn't insist..thanks to Jio!! Staff was helping and well disciplined. 

Overall good stay

Hotel 24 Seven could be a good property, It is close to highway, city centre and yet nested in a peaceful corner. It's rooms, amenities, restaurants etc. are all fine. What makes it a dumb place is its team of managers, who couldn't care less about upkeep and service! We went to Nashik on an unplanned short visit and checked for last minute good accommodation, which is not heavy on pocket. So we located something which was still not operational. However, the guy referred us to their other property by name Hotel 24 Seven and even made a phone call for us. We checked in after seeing a couple of rooms. Shockingly, both pillows had torn covers on them. Even bed sheet was not clean. What happened next reflects how tuned the hotel managers and staff are to hospitality! Even after complaining to the front desk, the housekeeping kept bringing newly washed, but torn pillow covers and linen! After some sharp words, the person managed to give us decent covers, but not until good 40 minutes of rest time was lost. Similarly, the restaurant has all infrastructure, however, service is pretty slow, though I must say, the staff in the restaurant was sincere, and serving with care and smile! I feel the hotel can do much better with top admin getting rid of its casual approach and being more service oriented.

Neglect Everywhere!

Stay was good & comfortable. On cleanliness aspect also, it was good experience. However few things can be improved - we had booked a Diamond room for 3 adults but the amenities provided (like tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets, water bottles) were meant for only 2. Also, the bed in the Diamond room is not very spacious to accommodate 3 adults. When we asked for an extra mattress, the bedsheet & the pillow cover that were provided were used & soiled. Though we were charged for 3 adults, we did not get value for money. Breakfast menu can also be improved with basics like bread/butter/eggs available.

Clean & comfortable stay with scope of improvement

I would rate the hotel just Half.
Very Poor service.
They didn't attend us almost for Half an hour.
The food in the Restaurant was spoiled.
And the second dish we ordered was very salty.
The tables weren't clean at all.
Overall experience....
Very very bad.
Not even Satisfied.

Very BAD Experience 

We booked via a website and booking had error. On arrival at hotel around 11 pm, front desk had only one sentence. Pay for extra person. No effort to check, give suggestions or any effort to make this easier. Front desk guy changed explanation of charges three times in span of five minutes. We asked for twin bed /non smoking, we were given Given SMOKING queen bed. Washrooms are unclean and dirty and stained. One of the worst travel experiences and we paid three star charges!!! Never book here. Cant wait to check out and leave. We are women travelling so no option but stay the night. Another innovative idea front desk guy was 'I will ask my manager and you cancel current booking loose the money and re book via travel websites only!!!!'. I am worried now how to trust the travel website reviews!!
