It was an amazing trip with the service being the best part about this resort. The staff was very generous with us and took care of every need. My 4 year toddler thoroughly enjoyed the stay as well 
. The food was delicious and every day was a different cuisine. Despite no television being the room we did not feel the need for it.

Everything we did there was a great experience. We were very friendly  welcomed by the JJR team. After our arrival, immediately, they made us feel easy in the resort. The restaurant is very inviting and the atmosphere is very charming. The food was delicious and was a delight. The chef personally came to make sure that we had everything we needed. The JJR team was at all time very friendly and still discrete,  that made us feel comfortable. The apartment we stayed at was very clean and spacious. They offer a bar with fresh water, and you can prepare tea or coffee and enjoy it with fresh baked cookies. The pool, it is big, very clean, and the area around the pool was spacious and quiet.  When you're in the resort, you can only hear the silence alternated with the sounds of birds, and also, some friendly monkeys were around in the compound. 
I will definitely go back there, and I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a real nature experience to visit this place.  😊

Great experience!

Staying at a place with no noise.. or pollution surrounded by nature at its best. After a long time stayed at a place where the staff was amazing so was the chef. Great food.. staggering view. It's a great place  to be with the family far away from electronic gadgets and tv.. best place to relax all you senses. I personally booked for 2 nights and later stayed for another one. Given a chance I would like to visit the property every month if possible.

Nature at its best with Jim's Jungle.

It was a peaceful serene place with efficient and friendly staff. The Lodge we stayed in was beautifully done in an eco friendly way.  The property is covered with man made forest keeping local flora in mind building a whole harmonious ecosystem inside.  The naturalist are always researching and working towards saving and protecting our jungles.  The chef makes mouth watering food. It was one of its kind place I will surely visit again for longer stays!!!

Best place to stay in Corbett for an actual experience and essence of this place. 
All of the team from front desk to house keeping to naturalists to the restaurant all made our stay memorable. 
So glad to have made the correct choice.

The staff was unbelievable friendly. We felt very comfortable there. Every day there was a new menu with delicious food and we enjoyed everything. They took tike to explain the menu and all the great recipes. 
We got an upgrade, so we had wonderful rooms with a perfect jungle view. Monkeys and birds were seen everyday!
Also the naturalist is a very good employer,  we did two safaris with him  and are very happy, because we have seen a lot of animals, three tigers yesterday:) he could explain everything really good.
The whole staff is absolutely brilliant and the retreat is in a wonderful area in a perfect green landscape.

Excellent hotel.. extremely good food. Location is awesome one can have feel of forest. Hospitality is very good too. They made us walk of resort explaining things about forest and plants. Dhela gate is very near. Found some lizards in room which they helped us to change

Good place

Thanks to Mr.Madan Singh Mehra from Jims Jungle Retreat, due to his knowledge and driving skills I was able to spot 5 tigers in total. One in Jhirna and 4 in Bijrani (twice). Hats off to his hearing power to identify the tiger calls from animals from very far away. He is a professional and I had 4 hours of Safari with him, not like others who completes the circuit in 90 mins and make you leave the park with their talks. 

I would highly recommend booking safari with Mr. Madan Singh Mehra from Jims Jungle Retreat. 

Best Safari Experience at Corbett

Great resort for accessing Corbett, especially the Dhela and Jhirna zones. The resort is well-known for its naturalists and drives/safaris are organised without a hitch. 

In addition, this is a very child friendly place with a lovely pool. We had 3 kids (ages 5, 3, 2) in the group and they all had a blast. We loved the food, especially the lunches. 

Rooms: We booked a 1 bed cottage which was comfortable, though fairly basic. They have some very nice looking new suites now which you may want to consider for an upgrade. 

Signage to the place is not best-placed but you can use google/call ahead.
