The food the staff and the hotel everything in the hotel was perfect and its a grt place to stay everything was very pleasant its a good hotel for a business meeting and the food they seeve in restaurant is also very gud

Very big hotel with big rooms

It’s a business hotel with all facilities. Location is centrally placed.
Food is tasty and service of the hotel is also good. Staff is very polite and helpful. 
Love to visit the hotel again and also can be planned with family.

Business hotel

We stayed for a night at this hotel and had booked a room for 3 adults. It was a standard room and was spacious. Room was clean and so the linen and bathroom. Our room was on 2nd floor and there was lift. Two water bottles and few snacks items were served as complimentary by the hotel. 
Next day morning we had breakfast and they served vegetarian dishes I.e. poori, chole, idli, dalia, bread pakoda, toast and tea. Eggs to order facility was also available. 
Overall had a good stay. 

Comfortable stay 

I stayed in this hotel for three days in the beginning of this month.Hotel is good,neat and clean.Meals served in the hotel is very spicy.Morning breakfast is good.On check-out date staff had packed my breakfast.This hotel is good for the persons having work at high court,AG office and nearby govt. offices and civil lines area.Room service is bit slow.
Staff is good and cooperative.

Hotel with Good Staff

Though Clarks Inn has taken over the hotel, the hotel still needs a lot of improvisations to live upto that name.
While the room was quite spacious considering that we were a family of 3 visiting, there were no spoons/stirrers kept near the kettle to stir the tea or coffee. They had also not provided with a hand towel in the room.
There are renovations going on in the hotel and hence presently there are a bit of chaos!
Having said that, the staff is very co-operative and helpful and they did give us a nice welcome snack hamper along with a good amount of mineral bottles. Guess once the renovations are done and Clarks takes over the hotel in entirety, this hotel would be one of the best in the city.

Improvisation required!

Well located but cold breakfast buffet with no excellence in quality. Same is true for room maintenance. I asked for iron, he said in five minutes but never came back. Avoid.
Glass in the room full of ugly stains, no hand towel available. Disappointed.

Good location with average maintenance and service and food

Went to attend an engagement ceremony. Absolutely not worth to visit stay at the hotel. Lot of mis management in the engagement party. The arrangements were below average. This is how they arrange a function god know how the stay will be.

Please refrain 

The room was large and well furnished. And there the positives end. The large window overlooks a tin shed where very many cars were parked. Was it a workshop? One bedside light was broken and the other not working.
The spacious bathroom had a bath enclosure, but the door was missing resulting in the water splashing out and wetting the entire bathroom floor. at least 25 liters of water had to go waste to get a semblance of warm water (the explanation was that the boilers were located on fourth floor). leaking WC shower faucet aided the missing door in wetting the floor. The manager's excuse was that the hotel was one of the oldest.
There was a wedding on the last day of our stay. Thankfully, it was not loud, so we were not disturbed.
Our last dinner could not be served for full one-hour in spite of us ordering what we were told was ready. And once again we were the only diners. We had to catch a train early in the morning and were assured by both, the restaurant and the reception, that some sandwiches would be packed and kept ready for us by 5 AM. They started preparing the sandwiches when we came down with our bags.
We got the sandwiches at 5.30. We would have missed the train if it was not late.


t needs a complete makeover

These people have not been following Covid Protocols , they are treating the lives of the guests as a joke , they don't care about the pandemic . The lives of people should be at the topmost which is totally ignored by the hotel , I would not recommend anybody to stay in this hotel during the pandemic , please take care of yourselves on your own , it's better to stay in a motel , they have allowed the Covid doctors to stay with the people all together risking all of their lives instead of making a sepration for the frontline workers

No Sense of Covid Protocols

We had a pathetic experience with hotel booking, hotel staff after multiple prior reminder didn't paid any attention to our
arrival.
At the time of check in they denied our stay first and asked us to leave the room worst part is reception staff lack basic hospitality required and started raising his voice.
After lot of hassle of 2-3 hours they have given the booked room.

At the midnight 12 PM they asked to change the room, it is so disturbing for all of us to change the room during our sleeping time.

We had a disgusting experience for our stay, hotel doesn't stand as 3-star property and even railway station lodges provides better service than it.
