Awesome food and service .. manager is polite and service is fast ... Taste was delicious ...pawan sir is very helpful and they suggest food which we like the most .. must visit for all ... Every1 should come Radhe Radhe

Unforgettable stay in Hare Krishna Orchid Vrindavan  Attended a family wedding there  .  Outstanding services provided by the whole team of Hare Krishna Orchid in all fields ....cleanliness, hospitality superb, Special thanks to Mr. Shiv Raj Singh.  Its very near to famous Bankey Bihari Temple, Prem Mandir and ISCON temple

Wonderful Stay

This hotel is like apartment with one room BHK.
Excellent for a small family to stay and near to main temple Banke Bihari. Please book in advance.
Rooms are big and bathroom is also nice water. 
Food is good but can be better.

Staff is very cooperative and give you good service.

Very nice property with swimming pool

Stayed in a suite for 7 days. 
1. The suite rooms were too small with no space for opening the bags.
2. Hangers were not provided by the hotel
3. The bathrooms did not have adequate space for keep toiletries and  hanging hooks for hanging clothes.
4. There was no shower curtain. The entire bathroom would get wet if one took a shower or even bathed using a bucket.
5. The bathroom fittings were not cleaned properly during our stay. 
5. Housekeeping was at best poor. The staff was not trained properly and they did a very poor job of cleaning the bathrooms and the rooms.
6. The staff maintained very poor hygiene standards. They would clean the bathrooms and without sanitizing their hands place the cups and glasses in the room. This was disgusting.
7. They are very stingy about providing bottled water. Only one per day and any extra would be charged at an exorbitant Rs 53 per bottle.
8. Only 1 pillow was provided.
9. The glass of the french window was not cleaned properly.
10. Quality of tap water was bad. The hotel did not have a water softening plant. 
11. The hotel has slow and inadequate lifts.
However - 
1. Airconditioning was good & the bathrooms had geysers for hot water.
2. The complex has a very good temple     

Not a very comfortable stay. Poor housekkeping and staff not trained properly. Overall maintenace standards were poor.

The place need some paint in the room and the bed sheets and towels need to be cleaner . It’s a tourist place where people come and stay for a few days . Outside area was big and nice and the could see the kids enjoying themselves . Basically a wedding destination so a person on his own can be disturbed with the loud music

The location is good but the rooms are not so clean and neat . Had to keep calling to get the room cleaned

Ordered Chinese food 02 Veg Fried Rice / 01 Szechuan Noodles / 01 Chilli Paneer and 01 Manchurian - all the foods were full of vinegar and salt, completely inedible...couldn't eat. They have a very nice room though, we stayed in their premium room, spacious, fridge, dining table, additional sofa-cum bed for kids. The Hotel has a swimming pool and a huge parking space.  
Recommendation - do not order food from the hotel. 

Horrible Food, excellent room though. 

Hotel interiors are new however staff needs to be trained on how to be more customer centric. Front Office behaves as is they are doing you a favour by letting you stay in their hotel. I checked in to the hotel on a weekend with my family and kids - Fan was working at full speed only (no option to lower the fan speed despite cold weather). TV was not working, balcony was dirty. Room service of food is the only saving grace. Hotel suddenly decided to stop room service for dinner and offered buffet which was cold n was more like a marriage buffet. Staff is also eager for tips and keeps hovering around you which is very annoying.

Forgettable Experience

It was such a pathetic property in Vrindavan. I recommend to look other hotel. It was getting a feeling of staying in Dharamshala or Saraye.

Room  was clean, but half of aminities wasn’t working

Staff - No one pick call, despite your kid is hungry. Or you have any emergency.

Single lift to serve approx 10 floor. You have to wait least 15/20 min or take stairs. 

As water is basic need. You need to walk down yourself to basement to refill your bottles. Staff won’t reply and Lift you wait. 

Buffet was horrible, it took 30 min to get a plate even. 

Restaurant has stop picking phone for room service as they were running beginner buffet. So no room service that time also no one gonna communicate in advance. 

No medicine in Hotel for emergency.

It is not worth to price at all.
