Stayed here for two nights and the first night it was just us while the next day the place was full.

The best thing about the place is its location, a few minutes from the Raja Ram temple and Chaturbhuj temple, while all the major attractions of Orchha including the Chhatris and Mahalaxmi temples are within walking distance if you chose to see the beautiful place on foot. 

The rooms are great, though watch out for the short step going to the bathroom. Not sure if it's in all rooms, but definitely in the ground floor rooms we had. Someone might get hurt if not careful. The beds are very soft, a bit too soft for my liking though, but the rooms are great otherwise.

Breakfast was included in our booking and normally they have the buffet out. However, since the hotel was empty on the first morning and we were leaving early the next, it was served at our tables. Loved the aloo paratha and yogurt. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location

I visited Orchha after 1988. At that time there were hardly any hotels in this little town so I was a little sceptical, expecting government run type of establishment. It was a pleasant surprise to find a well maintained property, devoid of flies during monsoon. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance from all monuments and is still very clean. 
The rooms are well lit, tastefully adorned and well equipped washroom add to the value of your stay.
The pleasant surprise was the restaurant where food is prepared fresh, so while you may have to wait for your order, you could have it prepared the way you want. 
The only sore issue in the room was the small step leading to the washroom. It is potentially hazardous, hopefully it is rectified soon.

Very good experience

Stayed here one night, room was a good size and clean and bathroom was fine as well. Very basic breakfast. In a good location and within walking distance to nearly all sights. There are plenty of places to eat around this area and check out tripadvisor for the good restaurants. No English channels but WiFi.

we went there for lunch midway Orchha sightseeing , food taste was average but place is good in terms of seating and theame very centerly located in orchha with a very seanic view to Betwa river

Good Lunch

Stayed in deluxe room for a day in Nov’19. 
Pros:
• The campus is lush with plants & thick grass.
• temple is  within walking distance. 
• scenic beauty 
• Veg Restaurant 
Cons:
• Room was ordinary
• Bathroom was not maintained rather it was shabby 
• toiletries was ordinary/cheap
• bathroom was stinking 
• wardrobe without hanger
• limited rooms
• this should be ur last choice
• tariff is high wrt facilities 


Trip to Hardik resort

I stayed in this hotel with my family and friends. we came from Sanchi late night. before coming we told to them keep room clean and ready but when we went rooms were not clean. after asked for clean they just ignored. also waiter in this hotel was coming without even knocking door which is pathetic. also next morning they served breakfast in the room which I usually do not like it. rooms look like not clean for decade. in bathroom there were stain of gutkha.

worst hotel do not visit

Room is not bad but felling apart. And is a 4 star.... lol 😂 if you hungry or you want to ask for something is not your place. Food they have huge menu but they have nothing even a single Roti plain. Staff 0 English. Other places around better for sure.

Don’t event try if you don’t speak Hindi

worst hotel and service I have seen. AC was not effective, on asking other room the staff offered a downgrade room. many pests were in the rooms many things were damage, bed sheets were torn, toilet was very dirty, tap was damaged and lot of insect in the room, one Insects was found in the food and as per menu lot of foods are not available and he told you can outside for food and BF will served in room only.
