Hotel is ok in term of location and cleanliness
Price is bit high as they don't provide tea coffee maker in room and not even water bottle other wise room is spacious and clean

Hotel is at a location which gets chosen when you just want spend a day or two and use it for sleeping. Rooms are clean and are spacey. Rooms look good. Hotel front desk staff have a horrible behavior.

Stay at signature

Booked 4 rooms via Booking.com - as a stop off on our trip from Delhi to Rishikesh. On arrival, the 3 men at reception muttered among themselves and appeared to have no knowledge of our booking. They asked to see our passports and looked at the visas we had from our previous Indian holiday back in 2013. One of the 3 then told me there were no rooms for us and we should leave. When I asked why, he told me that our visas had expired... I showed him the current visa and after lots of phone calls, photocopying, form filling and signatures, up front payment was demanded. It turns out, that our party of 6 are the only guests in the hotel. 
The hotel itself is quite modern and well presented. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are a little dirty and our bed linen was stained.
The hotel has a nice restaurant, but we were the only diners. The food was cooked freshly and was good quality Indian veg food. However a lot of things on the menu were not available. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. According to TripAdvisor reviews, it seems there are better places to stay in Meerut.

Could be so much better

Not good hospitality. The hotel doesn't provide tea before 8 a.m. neither have tea making facility in rooms. 
The reception staff doesn't follow instructions regarding billing etc.

Our journey from Delhi to Meerut had taken about 4 hours. Meerut itself is a busy industrial city (full of cement works) - dusty, noisy, crowded. Not really a holiday destination, but a midway stop-off to Rishikesh.
Hotel Signature, first impressions, it looks like a nice place from the outside.
We had pre - booked our rooms (4 in all), however, when we checked in, there was no reservation for us. After some discussion with the "receptionist" and his 2 friends, our passport were taken for checking. Again, after a minute or 2, the main man said there were no rooms for us. What? Why? Because our visas were out of date. Bare in mind, we had been in India since 17th December, travelling from East to West, having already taken 3 internal flights!
After a more heated discussion, we established that the receptionist was looking at our visas from 3 years ago. Once he realised he'd made a mistake, payment was taken and our rooms were available!
It turns out we were the only people staying at the Hotel.
Dinner menu limited.
Bedrooms ok.
Breakfast disorganised and rude, abrupt service from the receptionist man. Our son ordered 2 x fried eggs - at first he got 2 x boiled eggs. They were returned. He then received 2 x fried boiled eggs!!
My advice: do NOT stay here, ever.
