Capital O 33335 Hotel Shagun Residency is a brilliant hotel to stay in Panipat. Rooms are very neat and clean and also quite spacious.. I would strongly recommend staying here is you have a tight budget

Very Nice

The 1sh floor rooms were much more modern and bathrooms were much larger.The 2nd floor room bathroom was small.The A/C was kind of weak, but it worked. Anyway it’s a Great place. Well-kept structure and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Best place to stay

I checked in hotel early from the time and they provide room without any extra cost.The most attractive part of this hotel is its location everything is nearby and it's near to the panipat railway station just few mtr.The room was modern,all amenities present safe,flat screen TV and air conditioning was there and up to the mark.Would stay again.

Great hotel, great location, great staff

this place has awful management.The owner is really rude and not coperative. we booked the place for two days for family function and are very unsatisfied with the services provided. They will charge you extra money for the things that you have not used.

Most Pathetic place

Photos provided of the room are wrong. The room is so small just enough to fit one bed.
No cupboards.
No window.
No parking.
Had to ask to clean the room first after reaching. No hospitality as such. 
AC made such noise that i couldn't sleep all night. Two night stay cut to one. 
Cable on tv is the cheapest one- hardly any channels to watch. 
Looked more like a cheesy hotel where one should stay only for an hour. 
No restaurant in the hotel. Food comes from outside always, no utensils provided in the room. 
You ask anything from reception guy, he'll say extra money will be charged. 
Only good thing about the hotel was that it was in central market. That's all. Nothing else.

Small bed size room

Pathetic is the word to describe the hotel . Our rooms were booked for 2days with breakfast included.we requested the staff to serve us breakfast at 7.30 as we needed to leave for work early but they bluntly refused as cook come between 8 and 10am only.So only Bread and jam was given to us in name of breakfast. In room , there is no tea maker set and fridge is also not available.The room is very small with noisy a.c and wall fan !They serve food after one hour wait . 
The most disturbing thing was in our absense,room was opened without permission from some other room key.And door was kept opened even when our things and luggage was there in room and it all happened between 9 am and 10a.m. when manager Mr. Jitender was contacted , he behaved arrogant and wasn't sorry about this incident . 
Attaching pics that show the room can be opened with any key without ur acknowledgement. Be aware of this Hotel . Your belonging aren't safe in your absense in your allotted room .
