Reference to the stay at this hotel on 26.10.18 with my father (75 yrs),I would like to extend my gratitude to the owner & entire staff for looking after us so well & giving us a warm welcome & a comfortable stay.Despite a short stay as we had to rush back to Delhi,yet,this is the place that is going to be chosen always primarily due to such a pleasant stay & secondly due to its proximity to the railway station.Last but not least,at such low prices,it would not be easy finding a clean,well managed hotel with courteous staff who are happy to help always!

Great hotel,pleasant staff, unbelievably low prices,walking distance to the railway station

This hotel is close to station with basic facilities. Although close to station we did not face any noise issue. Air conditioning worked well throughout the night. However there was delay in serving breakfast and we were offered tea instead of coffee as coffee was not ready. No other issues here.

The service of this hotel is average. They did not give what we have booked online room. They gives different room.but in the end we have keep luggage in the hotel after checking out and picked up the luggage in evening they did not charge.

The service of this hotel is average, lack etiquette to deal with customer. The hotel (on Goibibo) says it's 3 star. I think either the owner is uneducated who doesn't know the meaning of 3 star hotel or goibibo is scandalous. Noise from trains: Since the hotel is right by the railway station, the noise of trains running may disturb sleep, especially in rooms that face the road.

Below Average Hotel.

Believe me It's one of the worst hotel in Gwalior. Receptionist and owner are very very rude and totally lack etiquette to deal with customer. I don't know how these kind of hotels are allowed to get booking through online booking sites. The hotel (on Goibibo) says it's 3 star. I think either the owner is uneducated who doesn't know the meaning of 3 star hotel or goibibo is scandalous. Book this hotel only if you want just one thing. Sadness.
