At the beginning we booked for 2 nights but we finally spent 4 nights.
The place is very nice, big
Bedroom and clean!! And also has a nice balcony. 
Anthony, the manager, is a great and honest person.
He helped us a lot with a situacion with had (and we had gone Palolem!) thank you so much!! 

Nice person!!

Slept really well here as bed was soft, pillows were comfy and it wasn't v loud at night. Shower had hot water and a shower curtain so the rest of the bathroom doesn't get wet. Really good location very close to restaurants and shops and the amazing beach. Also had our own balcony which was useful for drying our things in the sun. Fridge in the hallway outside handy for storing drinks in. We showed up rather than prebooking and stayed in the smallest room (still plenty big enough for the 2 of us) for only 900 rupees a night. Highly recommend.

The only downside is that the curtains are quite thin so it gets really light in the room especially in the mornings. Please get thicker/better curtains and this place would be perfect!

Comfy beds great location

We stayed here for 5 nights, and did not regret it. We would absolutely recommend this place for bacpackers, tourists etc. The host is so nice, and he helped us with whatever we asked him. The standard is high, and it is quite cheap. There are air-con, hot shower and wifi. Laundry service, restaurants and the beach are only 1-3 min walk from the house. 

Great place 3 min from the beach

I stayed here for about 4 nights having been in a beach bungalow for a while. It was so great being in a proper room after creaking around in a beach hut for so long. The room was huge, with a television, comfortable beds. Even though it was on the main road the room was really quiet. I slept so well! I would definitely recommend a stay here. Especially if you've been travelling for a while and need a bit of a creature comfort style room. Was nothing better than staying in and watching a movie on the first night! The simple things in life!! The owner of the guest house was a really great host!

Great respite for beach bungalows

Stayed at Heroina Guest House in January 2015.
Great place, with a very friendly staff. Good wifi and nice rooms with actual warm water in the shower. 
Very close to the beach - only a few minute walk, and nice restaurants nearby. 
I will definitely stay there, when I go back.
