Best place to stay in , 5 star facilities , bedsheets are clean and room service is perfect.Must go to this place. view from the hotel is amazing, breakfast is also fabulous , will recommend everyone for this place.

when i go to any hotel first thing i look for is cleanliness. I reached in the afternoon with bad experiences from other hotel and i was extremely happy and amazed to see my hotel room at Aishwarya.I had to climb till 3rd floor but after seeing the lavish,clean and fragrant hotel room with clean toilets and good interior i felt its worth.Room was quite big and since it was a corner so it was sunny as well.
LCD tv with all good english channels stole my heart. I could also manage to do some work on laptop as a good provision of chair and table for work was there
Hotel staff were  good and have good work ethics.
From outside the hotel doesn't look this luxurious and lavish but it is more than what we paid for our stay.
I am extremely happy with the service and the hospitality i got at Aishwaraya.
whenever i am visiting Navimumbai again Aishwarya would be the only destination for my stay.

Memories forever

This hotel is near nerul. The hotel is decent enough for the given price. The rooms are air conditioned and have all basic amenities. The room service is quick and the rooms are neat and clean. Good place on a budget👍

Good stay

Good hotel with value for money.Rooms are kept pretty good and extremely             co-operative staff. Their restaurant has good tasty food. 

This hotel is easily accessible from Sea wood station. Rooms are spacious and kept neat.
Can focus a bit on improving the bathrooms as leak has been noticed. 
Lift facility is not available but we didn't face much challenge as we got 1st floor.

Good hotel with extremely good staff

The hotel is a perfect location as it is within walking distance from the Seawood railway station. Rooms are clean and hygienic, and all basic amenities are provided. Toiletries are not available at this property. A good place on a budget-friendly option.

Decent property with average front desk

Property location is good as its very close to Seawood Rly station. Booked 10 rooms by someone else on our behalf. We had mostly senior citizens in our group but they didn't considered our request to give lower floors. So old peoples including ladies with walking problems also had to climb stairs. No lift. Front Office people are also not friendly in nature and at one point of time they had a heated argument with one of my family member. Tea and breakfast quality was just ok. Room service is slow. Some room have front side view but that too not very clear. Beds were comfortable and laundary was clean. Headboards of beds were dirty as dirt stains can be seen. Regret that I didn't took pics to share it here. Water started dropping from the A/c within 15 mins of operation. Disliked the behaviour of the executives employed in the reception. Dont expect such rude behaviour from them when there is guests with family. Will suggest mot to book this hotel as there are many better options.

Average Property, bad customer dealing

Place was good, friendly staffs but communication is problem all around hotel & surrounding area. I expected hot water but not available. Food is always a problem for me while travelling to India, because seafood is not available in most cafe’s.
