Very clean and spacious rooms. With TV and attached bathrooms. Wifi service available seperately for each floor. The caretaker is also very hospitable with all help. Adequate parking space for cars. Very friendly owners and very helpful.

Stay at grace guest homes

we stayed here for one night with family of 5. this is a good place to stay with family. it is like staying at home.   the owner is very co-operative. In fact, during my stay, i have sprained my leg. The owner is so courteous that he took me to the nearby hospital to get the X-ray done and shown to the doctor to see that there is no fracture. it was so nice of him. I recommend this place for families 

our room was in second floor. it was a bit challenge for my aged mother to climb stairs.

Nice Home stay

We were on a small getaway with some elderly members and loved our stay Clean and spacious rooms. Wakacchan the contact was very helpful and gracious. The location was quiet and close to a small lovely temple and fairly close to the city.

We stayed there with extended family for 2 nights in oct had a very relaxed holiday!

We stayed at this guest house for one day on 30th april. The rooms are clean and sspacious, the breakfast is very good but the best thing about this guest house is the owner, who is very friendly, helpful, very courteous anda very good host. Tip: Ask for a for a room with attached bathroom and in summer fora room with A/c.

wonderful stay!!

Pros:
The house as such is clean and spacious. 
Surrounding place is clam and peaceful.
If you are planning for Guruvayoor trip this is best place to stay as uncle will assist you with car rentals who can guide you properly.

Cons:
1. Needs improvement in house keeping. Nobody came for cleaning in the days we stayed. especially even after we requested for one.
2. No WIFI. WIFI strength was so bad that i couldn't even connect. 
3. Uncle says package doesn't include breakfast but he is providing us as compliment. Request you to kindly add as "complimentary breakfast" in the site. I am sure like me many customers wouldn't want anything for free.
4. Please have covers inside dustbin. Especially in the bathroom , we cant just throw tissues in a dustbin without cover.
5. Restaurants are not at walk able distance from the place.

Had a good stay and great guruvayoor trip!!! Need to improve though.

Good: Very spacious, clean accommodation which we felt was good value. There is aircon but we decided not to pay the 400RS supplement.

Not-so-good: When we turned up the caretaker just scowled at us from behind the gate - we weren't sure it was even the correct place. We generally felt we were an inconvenience. Wifi didn't reach out room.

We've had some wonderfully friendly welcomes at homestay in India - unfortunately this wasn't one of them!
