The hotel is really good, located in the main road of Assi Ghat.
The hospitality was so amazing!! I've never seen this kind of hospitality, everyone were so good and warming.
I Really recommend on this hotel, mostly because of the hospitality

Good experience, comfortable stay, good breakfast, polite & well behaved staff, hygenic condition, near to railway station, approachable easily from bus stand too. have very good experience, will recommend to other people.

Completely Paisa wasool

We were there for the holy bath in the Ganges. The Hotel is situation at the center around 2.5 km away from Godowlia and Assi Ghat. Easy transportation facilities to the hotel like e-rikshaw, etc. Restaurant at the hotel is under contruction. Decent room. Spacious. Staff were good and polite.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, as per their stay they had an average experience at the hotel UD Assi. There was construction work as well as repairing in progress which made the overall stay a bit disturbing. The rooms were of a decent level for the price charged. The bed linens were in a bit dirty state. The staff was very polite and helpful , food was served in the room, the overall managenent seemed confused due to the repair work that was in progress.
If you talk about the location of the hotel, it would be rated 9/10. Assi ghat and all the main points were in close proximity. Transport was easily available in the vicinity. 
Overall the hotel stay was average. We can be a returning customer if the points mentioned above are taken care off.

Overall an average stay 

Basic things such as a towel or water or soap ( which otherwise should have been pre-supplied) were not present and had to ask for it many times before being supplied ..... that too separately. They don't have hand towels in the bathrooms.

The restaurant is dirty with loads of dust and used cups and plates lying around.

You ask for tissues in restaurant and it takes 20 minutes. 

You can see all the other guests were also facing similar problems.

Only 1 lift which can fit 4 people at a time to be used by both guests and their staff. No Stairs access available.

SERVICE IS A VERY BIG ISSUE coz there's NONE.

If the services are improved,it can be a good property as the location is very good.

Very bad. Fraud people. Make false bill and over charge customers.Try to take extra money.Slow service in food once u finish ur meal they will get u the remaining order.Not at all value for money a foolish deal

Stayed here one night, had to escape in the morning, feels and sounds like a jail.
Don't even think about it!!!
If there was a star below zero, in a minus region I would have give it. Not worth it from the moment you click on this hotel.

Avoid

Being a regular traveller, I can surely say this is the worst hotel I ever visited. The owner is a local goon and even threatened us when we inform about poor house keeping. They are not even bother to returned our belongings which we have forget to take. Go to any property in Varanasi except this if you want to have a safe and comfortable stay.

Most Terrible Hotel I ever visited

We had booked this hotel for 2 nights with Expedia and got confirmation with full prepaid however, when we arrived to the hotel we got informed that the hotel was fully booked another day as well as the maintenance still on going we could stay in the hotel only one night, that quite a shock we didn't get any information before we arrived we did try to reach out the Expedia to fix the issue for us but also waste the money and time there was still no solution for us. Hotel staff informed us that they didn't promise anything about the booking we had to contact Expedia until that time we realized that we booked the wrong place to stay there was no promise and warrantee in the place. This was real bad experience in this place and never again.
