Comfortable rooms, quiet, good food. The only Shariah compliant hotel in Bali which is approved by the local Islamic Department. Serves halal food. A must visit for muslims from around the world. well done

Comfort

200 IDR for one night, it’s good enough. The room clean and comfortable. Water heater not working very well, but it’s fine. Never tried the swimming pool, but i think it’s not bad because some guest like to stay long there.

Friendly price

Whilst I don't like running down an establishment, I feel compelled to do it to 
this place. After booking a room we had to wait 1 hours for our room due to the readiness of the cleaning staff. Enter our room only to discover it didn't have balcony & bath. It was the budget room instead. 
Contacted reception to ask them to fix the issue. Waited in this room for another 
1 hour for a return call. We even offered to pay more money to upgrade but 
were told that they had no rooms of this type left.

I stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding.  We had a junior suite and it was quite large and clean.  The bed was very comfy.  The pool was also clean and great to refresh in.

This hotel is predominantly Muslim and we were not allowed to even drink in our room.  

It’s in a remote place, meaning there is nothing much around the street or area.  You wouldn’t stay unless you were attending something close by.  

The wedding was fantastic and the venue and food etc was great.  Nice and cool in the room, which was good for me not being local.

This is a good place to stay if you’re local and don’t like to relax by the pool having a few bevvis.  I wouldn’t recommend this to westerners. 



Attended wedding - no alcohol allowed in this hotel

New looking hotel in the center of town. Came for a wedding. Little bit chaotic inside. No one taking you to a seat. Badly organised. No one cleaning the tables. With that aside others seemed to be enjoying their selfs.

I would rather stay in the Cecil hotel than here, upon arrival they asked me to bank transfer them to pay for the room which I was unsure how to as my bank is in a different country. They insisted on paying there and then even though their card systems were down and asked me to go to an ATM to get cash, I believe this is why they wanted pay on arrival as if I saw the room no chance would I be paying. Holes and mould in the roof, wallpaper hanging off, lipstick on the walls and whatever their fluids you can imagine and disgusting bathroom. The rev was close to falling off the wall when I brought it to their attention they said they were aware of this which is bizarre to put someone in the room if they are aware: also no lock on the inside of the hotel door so felt very unsafe, The saying buy cheap buy twice was correct as I had to leave immediately and seek other accommodation locally AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 

Better off staying in The Cecil Hotel

I Wanna ask for a confirmation here. How come in the application I got the room and then I was getting denier by the hotel in the reason of a full booked hotel because of the owner's guest.I get he room but with a walk in guest price which is higher almost twice as much in the agoda apps. And the hotel's manager just "SHOOING" ME AWAY. I am very disappointed with the system in Agoda and also Princess Keisha Hotel. I will lodge a serious complain to a higher up. I need a confirmation why something like this happens...
I am very exhausted from my travel 12 hours in the jetbus and I was denied. BRAVO....

I won't recomend this hotel for people who are not moslem. Since this hotel is following sharia law, drink alcohol or come as not married couple are not allowed. So many things are banned here and no fun. Isolated place and so noisy all night. The room is nice and clean enough. But their bathroom not really.
Some of their staff are not friendly at all. They promised will bring us extra towel later but they didn't.
And the most problem is there are so many complaints about them gave wrong key card to guests. I experienced myself. Just few minutes after I checked in, other guest unlocked our room. I don't feel safe.
I won't fall to their low prices anymore.
