Here's a SUMMARY of our bad experiences:
-The rate does not match/justify the poor standard of the amenities/service
-room too small for a Queen + single beds
-no qiblat indicator
-no parking, we had to park amongst the many cars in the mudded area and around 1:30 am went down to move the car to a much safer area closer to the hotel
-the sellers blaring their promotioms using hailers until way past 2 am
-too many mosquitos
-toilet does not have any hook to even hang a towel
-I just had a knee operation weeks before and had to climb to 2nd floor (very narrow staircase) to our room dragging our heavy luggages, no room on single floor, this was not stated in the brochure/website, and no one to assist with the luggages
-payment is only on cash term
-there is only one girl placed at the entrance/counter area and her service does not go beyond administering the check-in process
-do not use the cups provided unless you could decently clean them first, there were stains on every cup (even small case holding the cups was already broken and not fixed).
-rubbish strewn everywhere in front and around the hotel, we had to practically walk thru rubbish thrown on pavement by people who shopped/sold at the pasar malam the previous night.
