Pros: everything's either excellent or good enough. Don't really have anything quite memorable though. 

Cons: nothing to complain about. 

I'm not being lazy, it's just that simple. This is a no-hassle hotel. 👌👌

I came here for attending an expo. I saw the expo's place is quite wide and i taste snack from the hotel it was coffee break and snacks. Nothing special. The parking man not do their job well. In honest this quite good.

- Taste is So-So
- Quality is good
- Not so much food & the tasted somehow with the second replacement is different.
- Food replacement is slow(if the food already empty)
- Staff only two in front

** Need improvement:
1. Please find the good place to put the breakfast room, don't put near Swimming Pool..
2. Food need variety
3. Lighting inside the room need always on, so the feeling is not empty
4. Tasted, please make it same every-time there is replacement food & make sure the tasted is same & the quality is good.

- No refrigerator & no mini bar
- Not Good View(cause i'm in 1st floor)
- Deposit box is not user friendly
- Floor is dirty, Hand Towel looks dirty, Big Towel also looks dirty

Conclusion:
Price in here is really budget hotel(around 325K/Day), but for me although is cheaper, we need to keep our quality as good hotel & keep everything Clean & good maintenance. I have many sample that the hotel is cheaper but the service is really good & the most important keep all the points under check on the radar.

So Please keep doing the improvement & I'm sure will have many customer will come later on.

I will see the progress if i come again to this hotel..

Price is King, Inside is really ordinary, nothing Special

It's a budget hotel. What do you expect - even tough you can impress your guest by being extraordinary. But I think, not this one.
Magnetic key - hard to operate. Have to tap like more than 5 times before the door open.
Lift - not working the I have to use stairs (it's a no no for lazy gal like me)
TV remote - not working. 
But again... it's a budget hotel. What you pay is what you get,

Poor service, waiting for the towel since 3 pm and till 6.55 pm (now) is not delivered yet.

Every time call to operator (4.30pm), please wait another 5 minutes, then wait for 15 minutes....

and they said please wait, will delivered for next 15 minutes, towels already downstairs, and I over just let me take by myself its so silly 3rd level hotel takes 15 minutes, then they said just wait a minutes
