The room is new, I think they just renovated it. But the room quite small. The room’s interior is perfect and very comfortable. The location is near to many store and restaurant. It’s located in the main street which is can be easily found. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is crowded but still comfortable

It’s a good location

it has a good place, you could walk from the hotel to Alun Alun Malang. it's quite nice. but the food is so-so. i stay for one night but the great things is you dont have to wait till 2 pm to check in (maybe because the room isnt full that day, but some hotel have a strict 2pm rule. the receptionist are nice

pretty good for budget hotel

the place was unique, it has an old front but you can see the modern styled building on the back.
i booked a small room, and my room was in the end of the corridor.
room is good, a nice modern room with a very big window. 
but the floor was so slippery and they didn't provides slippers in the room.
the wifi was slow, and the corridor was kinda dark.
but the foods are great and the staffs are so friendly.
it was a great stay.

pretty good

The room not spacious but cozy for stay and clean. Good location and too silent at the evening, old building and vintage but good maintenance and minimalis style at room. Concern for deposit, need 200K for deposit it’s unworth it for budget hotel.

Budget hotel with high deposit

Very small and tiny rooms. 
The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful.
Near the market area.
More like budget hotel, quite okay actually. 
There's no mini bar. If u want to have a hot cup tea at night, u should ask for the hot water first, And, ah ya,,the room service/restaurant isn't 24hrs. So late night supper wont be provided.
For business i think it's okay,
but taking my families with lil kids is not a match place.

More like budget hotel

I had to conduct a business in Malang so naturally i chose this hotel again. Booking quite easy, i found their number in instagram and call right to hotel. I got recommended a single room for about 200k-ish / night since i came alone. Finishing payment via bank transfer that they text to WhatsApp, confirmed and done.
When i arrived, to my surprise, the room was super tiny. I am 5'0 and i can't even open my suitcase on the floor, i didn't bring huge luggage either. I guess i should have seen it coming from the price..
No room service,but there's coffee (not free) downstairs at the lobby.
If you're easily claustrophobic, do yourself a favor and pick a wider room.

Super small room

I booked 1night stay with breakfast but the next day morning when we go to the restaurant it was closed! I ask the front office if the breakfast was closed then he said it’s open. The he call the Chef. Then we ask where is the breakfast. The Chef give us option nasi goreng or mike goreng. I was expecting buffet breakfast. Not just nasi goreng. Then we ask why. The Chef said they prepare buffet if the guest more than 10. No wonder why nobody stay in this hotel. The service is bad. I ask for coffee and it arrive without milk. Hotel without milk? But I saw the security get his coffee and it’s with milk. What kind of service is this. They cannot provide milk to their guest. My friend ask for iced tea. The Chef said no ice in the hotel. Hotel without ice???? Meaning this hotel no freezer? The container for sugar is very dirty. We complain to the receptionist but he never comeback to us if they can give milk. Then we saw another staff she said she is the admin. We ask for duty manager but she said no duty manager also. What kind of hotel is this no duty manager? No wonder this hotel like this. Nobody managing the staff. After 45mins the milk served to us after I finished my coffee. And the milk looks like they spit on it. Will definitely not stay in this hotel anymore in the future and definitely will not recommend this hotel. We stay in 4different hotel with this trip from jogja. We stay in cheap hostel to expensive hotel. But this hotel has the worst service.
