During my stay there, it was comfortable, quiet and safe. I would suggest that the food be more varied.......
The atmosphere is fresh and the pool water is also warm, as usual it is a fun holiday there....
all the staff are friendly , I will go there again next vacation

So comfy and clean. This place has 3 type of pool. I like the pool so much, wide, clean and enough warm for me. 
I dont have that much words to describe this place, but I really had great time in kampung sumber alam. The staffs are friendly. Hope I can go to this place next time

The new villa is beautiful

Always been our first priority resort to stay when visiting Cipanas. The cabin, the surrounding, the food and service is just top notch. We’ve tried different hotels & resorts of course, but at the end of the day, this is the only hotel & resort to go. Keep it up 🔥

Very interesting, memorable and definitely will return back here and will tell to all of my friends and relatives; but the cleanliness of the running water  surrounding Bungalows needs to be more improvement

I really love the rooms, made of mostly wood, so it makes us warmer. And the bathroom with bog bed tub that can be filled with warm natural water. So relaxing. If only I have time to explore I might find more nice place to play or just sit in the park.

Green and nice woody place to stay

this resort which is very suitable for staycation.  the view, the bungalows,  foods, are amazing.  There was a problem during my stay, but one of the staff Mr. Rizal, was very helpful, he moved my room to be more comfortable.  thank you for the experience given.

The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was also fun although we didn’t manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very helpful and help us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. This was a very nice touch to our stay. Nobody mentioned about this in the review column. I really like this hotel will definitely come back.

Beautiful resort for back to nature experience.

The location and the hot pool are the forte of this place. It's located very beautifully around many mountains. You can even go for a quick early morning hike to the foot of Mount Guntur directly from the hotel on foot. The landscape of the hotel is also very pretty. You can find many unique trees around the garden.

Most of the accommodation type are on a bungalow built above water. A very unique concept. The water are all warm, from the swimming pool, the tap, the shower even to the pool surrounding the bungalows. It's naturally warm water. The water comes from a spring water source that is geothermally warmed. Some of the bungalows have their own private warm water pool with jet streams. The pool can be quite slippery as there is no chlorine put in the water. It's nonetheless a nice place to relax.

The room is very minimally maintained. Things are functional, but may not be up to the standard of other hotel with international chains for example. The bed sheet can be quite dusty upon arrival and some door handles can be loose. It's an old hotel that has been around for many decades. The cleanliness has many room for improvements. An extra point is the couple suit bungalow that I stayed in has its own water dispenser, which is handy in a place where tap water is not always potable.

The breakfast variety is quite standard for Indonesian hotels. Some rice porridge, fried rice, 2 or 3 other alternating dishes, an egg station, plus toasts. The plus points are the coffee that is grown locally and their self baked breads. It's self service coffee to be made in "tubruk" style. The bread is very soft and rather tasty.

Overall, it's quite a nice place to stay. In terms of price, it's also quite reasonable. if you're looking for experience and a relaxing place to dip in a warm pool, this is definitely the place. You just need to lower your expectation on room cleanliness.

we use a small house its interesting with a hot spring swimming pool and good food in dinner with a good live music performance , kids enjoy the park with so many activity in the morning like fishing s
