It was a fantastic place to stay. I had a great cultural experience and the location is just a stones throw to the Prambanan Temple, Ratu Boko Temple is very close as well and worth visiting.
The Homestay was very well maintained and spotless, Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the owner Henni. Henni and her daughter (Flower) were extremely friendly and i felt very comfortable in their presence.
Henni's home cooked food was very yummy and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The ambience of the place is traditional Javanese.
The most heartfelt moment for me there was when Henni and Flower surprised me with a Birthday dinner, it was a Nasi Tumpeng.
I highly recommend this place for a short or long stay(I stayed for 4 nights)
I would definitely come back and stay again.

Rumah Desa Homestay, great location, very comfortable homestay.

We had a fantastic time at the homestay. Wibowo and his wife go out of their way to look after you. The place is immaculately clean and the breakfast is yummy. We stayed here for 2 nights so we could get to Prambanan Temple early which was totally worth it - we were there by ourselves and it wasn’t too hot.

Great homestay, lovely hosts

Wibowo and his wife are friendly, helpful hosts. The location is great - a short walk to Prambanan. We felt at home, a lovely breakfast and by arrangement an evening meal. We did a tour with Wibowo for three days. He is a great guide and was flexible in taking us to places we wanted to go. We highly recommend their homestay and tours.

Prambanan homestay and tours 

We cannot recommend this homestay enough.
Wibowo and his family went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we did everything we wanted to do in the time we were there.
Wibowo spoke very good English and was so easy to communicate with before arriving and during our stay.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and has complimentary items such as toiletries and water provided. The actual building is beautiful and the surrounding area is safe and easy to navigate.
Wibowo took us to Prambanan temple, picked us up and showed us around the area. We had such an amazing day and won't forget it.
Wibowo also offers lots of different services and kindly drove us to Probolinggo (mount Bromo) the next day as we were struggling for other ways to get there. He charged us reasonably and made our journey very comfortable.
We can't thank Wibowo and his family enough for a lovely experience and regret we only stayed in Prambanan for one night.

great, kind and helpful owners, great location suitable for one day visit to both main sights, excellent home cooking, owner picked us up at the airport, provided transportation to the sights, quiet environment, clean and spacious room and bathroom.  Near Prambanan.

Good choice

An authentic feeling of homestay run by a superb family, helpful and friendly. On the way from Borobudur to Prambanan, Wibowo offered extra service by stopping by temples along the way. He also gave me a free lift from the homestay to the entrance of the Prambanan Temple! I decided to hire him for my trip to religious sites outside the town. As a local, he is familiar with the road and he drives safe. I'm very happy with the tour.

The room is true to the advertised pictures and very comfortable. Not far away from the Prambanan complex, this homestay is very convenient if you want to wake up early and arrive there before the crowd.

This place also offers full board. I'm really satisfied with the meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.

An authentic homestay just a step away from Prambanan

We had a wonderful stay In Pak Wibowo's place! It's like staying in a friend's place :) The room and house is very clean, spacious and cosy. Everything (wifi, cable, aircon, hot shower) worked. The rural village vibes will help towards restful nights here. And there's a delicious breakfast to look forward to in the morning (we also had a very yummy Nasi Goreng lunch) prepared by Ibu Wibowo. We look forward to a return stay in the future.

Wonderful and Comfortable stay in an Indonesian family home!!

Very friendly host, convenient location close to Prambanan, comfortable and big room with air conditioning and all facilities needed, tasty breakfast in friendly atmosphere, family-friendly. The host picked us up from our previous destination and drove us to Yogyakarta after our stay, which was very nice. He also took as to show local tofu production, which was very cool to see.

Cosy stay close to Prambanan

We stayed there with friend. I must say it was absolutely amazing. Big and clean room. Very close to temples. Mr. Wibowo and his wife are very friendly and they gave us a lots of tips what to see and visit. Thank you for amazing staying and hopefully see you in future:)
