I stayed in this wonderful little b&b with my beloved at the beginning of July! The weather may not have been great but this fabulously comfortable accommodation more than made up for it. Super comfortable, tastefully decorated bedrooms, dining and sitting room and nourishing breakfast in the morning, with plenty of choices. This b&b was but a short stroll from Westport centre so it was a win win all round. Thank you Kathleen for a lovely stay and a special shout out to you for your kindness to me when I rang you after I got home after I realised I had forgotten my email phone charger!  You’re the best☺️

Irish hospitality at its best! Loved it!!

Lovely, peaceful bed and breakfast located within walking distance of Westport.Room and bath were immaculate and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Kathleen was very welcoming and served a great breakfast. Common areas very nice! Highly recommend!

Lovely b&b!

We stayed here for 1 night in August 2019. It was only a short walk to the centre of Westport, with good off-street parking. Our ensuite room was on the first floor with a lovely view of the garden. The room was very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Freindly hosts, comfortable room, good location

Agreat location to walk to the downtown area .  The hostess was very accomadating about information about downtown.  The room and bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.  Because of its location we would recommend this B&B.

Stayed 2 nights at the beautiful  Woodbine cottage. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Had a good sleep in a very comfortable bed. We were provided with two big bottles of water on each day which was very much appreciated as our holiday involved a lot of walking. The only small improvement would be a dressing table to put the tea and coffee making tray on as it was a little tricky doing this on the floor or low trunk in the room. Kathleen and Tom were the perfect hosts, warm and welcoming.  They were very accommodating with our dietary requirements at breakfast and it was very tasty. 
The B&B is just a short walk from the town centre and ideally situated for a trip to Westport and the surrounding area. 
Highly recommended this B&B.


A lovely stay 

We stayed for one night in June.  Kathleen the owner allowed us to check in early and gave us directions to walk the town.   We were comfortable in the front double room with ensuite bathroom.  We walked to Torrinos for dinner and had some great seafood pasta.  Kathleen prepared a great breakfast in the morning and some of the best coffee on the trip.  The road going in and out of the Inn is a little hazardous.  Note there is a sideview mirror in the driveway to help safely exit oncoming speedy traffic.  We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitations recommending it.

Comfortable BnB -Convenient Location in Cute Little Town

Excellent choice for a B&B within walking distance of downtown Westport. Superior room and scrumptious breakfasts adjacent to the 42km Great Western Greenway bike trail. Kathleen and Tom were gracious hosts directing us to two of the finer restaurants in town (the Bella Vita and Sage).

Great B&B in a Fantastic Town

Positives for Woodbine are: 1) great deal; 2) easy walk to the village to visit pubs and shops; 3) nice breakfast; 4) very nice owner.  All in all a nice stay, especially for the money.  Negatives were: 1) the street that Woodbine is on very busy and visibility pulling out of the driveway is difficult; 2) the layout of our room was a bit awkward with a lot of space taken up by a large wooden cabinet that was only partially available for guest use; 3) a relatively difficult layout to heat water and serve in-room hot tea and coffee; 4) narrow windows that limited airflow (it was a bit stuffy and we didn't sleep as well here as we did in most places on our trip).
