We stayed for 4 days at the Robeen House in a 2-bed ground floor apartment. There was a homely, warm atmosphere. There's everything you need at the house so you feel like you're comfortable at home and it was very convenient being close to the town centre and park. Many big shops around. There is an Applegreen and Centra nearby for daily groceries too. Very kind and friendly host and family, easy communication. Very highly recommend to anyone staying in Killarney.

Wonderful stay and lovely host!

We just completed a three week stay at the Robeen House; our accommodation was a two bed/ 2 1/2 bath two floor unit with a covered patio.  

Location: Perfect, just a ten minute walk from the center of Killarney and located within walking distance to main sites like Ross Castle and Muckross House.  We had a car and there is ample parking within a gated property.  There are convenience stores nearby and a large Tesco a short drive away.  Restaurants and bars are all a short walk away.  The whole area is completely safe.  

Decor and ambiance: the apartment was totally modern and well decorated and equipped.  The rooms are all nice size.  We cooked a fair bit and used the gas grill on the patio.  The kitchen is a good size and the appliances are new.  The bedrooms are large and the en-suite bathrooms totally modern. One has a large shower and a tub and the other just a shower.  There is a half bath and a washer dryer just off the kitchen.   We left the windows open the entire time and had the treat of hearing the famous horse carts going clopping by!  There is a large TV in the living room. 

Management and Service:  We dealt with Bernice and she could not have been nicer or more helpful.  She went out of her way to accommodate our requests. 

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and would happily stay there again.

Perfect!

We stayed in the family room at Robeen House a few weeks ago and had an excellent time. The house is easy to find, on the main Muckross Road. A 10 min walk to town, opposite 2 petrol stations if you need any last minute items. As it’s on the main road there is a little bit of car noise but nothing which bothered us at all. Plenty of parking. Good WiFi. 

The family room was huge, impeccably clean, travel cot for baby was provided as requested, tea & coffee making facilities in the room. We were even allowed to access our room early (we stopped by to ask if we could leave a few bags and they let us in to the room as it was ready). Breakfast was very good and they allowed us to order slightly off menu items for the kids. The team at Robeen House were very welcoming and flexible to our needs. 



Excellent stay

From the warm and friendly greeting from Bernice to the amazing breakfasts and engaging staff to the comfy large bed to the strong shower and best of all an excellent location, we loved our stay here. We highly recommend!!!

Wonderful!

Lovely B&B in all aspects. Room size, bed comfort, cleanliness, shower/bathroom, parking, breakfast, service, great position, this is really a first class b&b. Would go back tomorrow if I could. The room we had would suit a family, 2 single beds and large double with lots of space.

Irish tour

1. The host and staff are so welcoming and flexible with schedules!!!
2. The place is beautiful, clean, and has private parking! 
3. It less than a 10 minute walk to the city center and there is so much to do.
My husband and I loved staying here. It was only a ten minute drive to get to Killarney Park, super convenient!

Wonderful!!

Contrary to the reviews,  Bernice was not a welcoming host at all.  For example,  we asked if there was ice available and she responded No.   She then added that ice was not used in Ireland.  Hmmmm I wasn't  aware there was a ban on ice in Ireland.  She was generally not helpful and appeared irritated by requests including providing us with a phone number for a taxi.  On the bright side,  the rooms were clean and breakfast was good.  I would not stay there again.  There are lots of other places to stay in Killarney
