We stayed here for an overnight in Cork - three friends and we had our own bedroom ensuite - very friendly staff and great facilities - highly recommend as the location is great and a nice walk into the city.

Perfect location and so much space

With my family we rented an apartment for 3 weeks. The stuffs were very helpful for us. They helped to find the best activities for my children. 
It was easy to go to the city center and to a big shopping center. We are satisfied for our choice.

It was very comfortable and clean.

This is used by the university students but can be used by tourists during the summer.
The rooms are great and very spacious, it has a kitchen/living room.
Location is not ideal, could be closer to the centre. But you have a bus that can take you back and forth to the centre.

Good and spacious, location could be better

Very good budget accommodation. Clean, helpful staff, car park, all you could need in the kitchen. Cable tv so kids were happy when we stayed in. Plenty to do in the area and the park, excellent playground and college were within walking distance. A round package on a budget. 

2 nights in student accommodation

Nice small single bedrooms and one double, all ensuite. Clean, Nice living area with kitchen facilities. On main road so buses and taxis easy to get. Staff friendly. Close to shops and there is a tesco close by.

Basic but good, clean.

I think this lodging would be fine if you were traveling with friends and wanted to share accommodations.  But if you are traveling on your own, this may feel strange and possibly less than safe.  I checked in on a Saturday and the campus was quiet all around.  There isn't anyone at reception in the evening and the office was locked when I left Sunday morning. The buildings and hallways were empty; a little creepy.  I would have appreciated having some security visible.
My "apartment" consisted of 4 bedrooms, each with a single bed and each with an automatic lock on the door that required a key card to open.  They were small (think "cell") but fine for one night.  The "common space" was stark but functional with the usual kitchen appliances and seating.  There was tea and coffee provided and an electric kettle.
Each room has a bathroom -- all but one was inside the individual room -- very small.  The shower was tiny so if you are a large person, you may find it uncomfortable.  
There was wifi throughout.  Not many options for food nearby but there is a small Tesco and an asian restaurant a short walk away.
The price was high for one person but if you are a group of 2 or more; this might suit you.

Odd, awkward, empty...

Location is fine with a bus stop outside. Apartments could do with a better cleaning - smudgy hand prints on doors, water stains on kitchen units. Minimum standard. Showers in particular are tiny. Locked out of rooms even though credit card details were held at reception. Had to pay at 1am for 5 of us to get into our rooms. Our average age is 56! Not a nice experience.

Basic and Beware

I stayed there for a month and have been so disappointed by the service. Firstly my room was given to me in a dreadful state and I spent a whole day cleaning just to put my stuff in. Not to talk about the kitchen which had faulty plugs that tripped the safety switch leaving us without any power in the whole apartment.
The laundrette is actually alright, quite pricy and sometimes the power goes so you might be left with soggy clothes (has happened to me).
The reception is rather disorganised and they do give you conflicting information trying to take advantage of you. As long as you are super careful you should be fine. 

Awful service

Stayed in a non-ensuite room as a student or the academic year. The staff there are generally very helpful, especially the receptionist and security. But that's about it for positives. 

Had endless problems with the apartment, such as the freezer and fridge being broken/not working and not being replaced for just over two weeks. The living area is pretty bare. In mine, the coating of the furniture kept peeling off by itself. Our emersion went one week and we had no warm water or heating for around 3-5 days, around the same time the electricity went too and our freezer completely defrosted. The room I was staying in was pretty cramped, but I had the non-ensuite so I knew what I was getting myself into I suppose. The one positive about this place was that if there were problems, they were on the whole responded to in good time, except for the experience of not having a working fridge for over 2 weeks.

If I was to sum up the place as a whole it would be outdated and overpriced.  Not worth the price tag in my opinion.
