Fantastic welcome & hosting from Donna and James. Ticked all the boxes. My self contained room was perfect including the very comfortable bed! Breakfast was sublime and James was attentive. Enjoyed my stay to visit family, will stay again

Perfect stay in perfect location.

Donna & James are the people you need in your lives even if it was for 5mins or more , their souls are so genuine and kind. My hubby and I travel near and far , this stay has topped all B&B experiences , Elaborate, Elegant & Ornate decor, super clean and the location was suitable , suburban and lush. Safe parking available. We took their advise to our rigid plans and saw some more of Belfast , which were far more of an experience. If I lived close by , we would love them as our friends because you would be guaranteed a good laugh and leave well educated. The B&B is well maintained, beautiful window views , cloud 9 sleeps comfy bed, luxurious drapes and radio and ropes. Wi-Fi and tele , toiletries and lush green garden. They accommodated us travelling from Cork after work hours and arriving after tea. We felt safe , cozy ,warm and happy. You would leave here willing to return and uplifted at the same time.

Magical Rossleigh

When it comes to hosting guests Donna has the edge. Staying in a guesthouse like this is so much nicer than a hotel chain, there’s no comparison. The property and rooms are impeccably clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. I literally cannot fault Roseleigh House and I can’t wait to visit again next year! 

Cozy Perfection

The Roseleigh House was the perfect place for us as we explored Belfast. Donna was an excellent host and provided great advice on everything from places to dine and experience.
We loved the elegant decor, our room, with tub, breakfasts, beautiful neighbourhood, walkable sights, easy link to transportation.
Highly recommended.

Excellent Belfast BNB

This is the best home away from home. We arrived on our motor bikes in the pouring rain and were so friendly welcomed by owners Donna and James. 
The rooms are so beautiful, charming, clean, quiet and amazing. And we were lucky to find hot chocolate in the room as well, which was great to warm up.  
Donna and James are very helpful and breakfast is delicious. There is a free and safe parking at their own property which was great. 

There are some nice restaurants and bars at walking distance. For the city you take the bus which stops at the end of the street. This is an immediate connection to the fabulous city centre of Belfast. It only takes around 20 minutes which is very convenient. 

We thank Donna and James so much. We would have loved to have stayed longer. It is a great place to get some rest and go sightseeing in the city at the same time. 
We will recommend this to everyone and hope to return someday. Thank you!

Superb

Position is good with easy access to the Belfast Bus Service to take one into the City Centre. Lovely house in pleasant residential area. Good range of eating houses just up the Ormeau road - Pizza, Bistro, Indian.
Rooms very comfortable with small but adequate en-suite bathroom (shower).
Donna and James are excellent host. Breakfasts are delicious and set one up for the day

This has to be the best place to stay in Belfast. The owners, James and Donna, pampered us. The house is beautiful and in a nice residential neighborhood. It was easy to get to the downtown area. Breakfast was delicious. Our room had an en-suite bathroom. All was top notch. 

Best place to stay in Belfast

We stayed for two nights at Roseleigh House and had a wonderful stay. 

Our room was #3, towards the front of the B&B. The street noise was a little noisy at night, but not enough to keep us up all night. The room was very clean, the bathroom small but sufficient and for those traveling from America there were no sheets on the bed, only a duvet.

Donna and James could not have been nicer hosts. They constantly had a welcoming smile and were extremely helpful with suggestions for visiting the area.

The breakfast was delicious each morning: juice and coffee served with the meal. The scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on wheat toast was a highlight.

Off-street parking in the rear was a plus.

We'd highly recommend this B&B to any travelers in the area.

Excellent stay at Roseleigh House

I had such a lovely stay at Roseleigh House! The home is cosy and welcoming and rooms spacious and comfortable. 
Donna and James were incredible hosts and were so helpful and kind. 
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options! 
The location is ideal and close to lots of shops and bars and a beautiful park. 
Highly recommend! 

Excellent!

This is a lovely place to stay; a real find!
Beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable bed, pillows and quilts, great toiletries and Donna and James are perfect hosts. 
Nothing is too much trouble for them - it’s like staying with friends.
They serve a delicious, filling breakfast in comfortable surroundings too.
We have stayed there twice now and will definitely stay again!
