Amazing customer service from everyone.. the family room was very clean, really good size. Amazingly comfortable bed, best shower with amazing water pressure. I do not have a bad word about my visit here. Highly recommend you to anyone looking to visit

Amazing sleep

Stayed for 4 nights over Christmas while visiting our daughter.  Usual Premier Inn standard - comfy bed, pillows & bedding. Spotless room & bathroom. Very pleasant staff.  If I had any slightly negative comment it was that the windows were a wee bit draughty but this did not detract from our stay.

Although this was my first visit to this Premier Inn, the service, and facilities were as good as any others I have stayed at.  Consistent good quality and value will keep me going back to this brand of hotel.
The staff were friendly, and helpful, the Brewers Fair up to standard and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable

Whilst Premier Inns have a consistent standard, Carrickfergus went beyond. From Georgina switching our room at the last minute due  to accessibility issues, to Heather and Cassie in Brewers fare who’ s personal service and hospitality were exemplary. Heather particularly made sure my wife and I were accommodated with some thoughtful attention. The accommodation is clean, beautifully located with a view of the quay and castle. Local amenities are a short walk and the local people are very friendly. We used an accessible room which proved to be excellent for our needs. One compromise is a lower bed which isn’t always necessary for certain disabilities. It would always be good to have something other than the bed to put your suitcases on. These are minor points and did not detract from the visit. The room was clean with control for heat and fresh air, via a wall unit. Tea and coffee readily accessible and a decent quality tv with good reception. Wi-Fi worked well in the room with no drop out. The room was quiet from external noises, but the room above had running children. Not the hotels fault. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and staff to others and look forward to returning.

Irish Eyes Are Smiling

I just love this hotel, clean very cental and staff are just amazing. We stay here for just wee local cheap nights away the beds are incredibly comfortable couldn't fault this hotel at all cheap clean what more could you ask for. 

Comfort

We stayed at the hotel for the third time and me and my family just love this place, the staff, the cleanliness the breakfast are only a few of the reasons we stay.  The hotel is beautiful the location is idyllic with a lovely view of carrickfergus castle.  
The rooms are spacious with enough room for a family of 4, the beds are so comfortable and we always have a good sleep.  The staff are all so friendly and nothing  is a trouble to them, especially when my children keep asking for things.  
The meal deal option which includes breakfast is super value and sorry we haven’t got this before, dinner and breakfast were lovely, especially the buffet which the kids love.  
Would recommend this hotel to anyone thank you and can’t wait till Easter to stay again.

Family friendly hotel

Enjoyable stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff at front desk. Could not have made our stay as flawless and enjoyable. Good location close to all local amenities. Comfortable bedding with a clean and modern decor. We would stay at this hotel again.

Amazing time away!!! staff are amazing can not do enough for you . 
Clean and comfortable beds we stay here at least 8 times a years . We love this hotel. Also we use the restaurant Brewster fayre food is amazing and the staff go way beyond their jobs to make sure everyone is looked after

Premier inn carrickfergus

Bed we're hard, Room was very clean, everything was good, TV worked, WI-FI worked it was quite and well aired. Breakfast was good but not as good as other Premier Inns, the bacon let it down, otherwise the food was as good as anywhere (The sausages we’re to die for) Northern Ireland is a must for all UK  to visit, wonderfull country and people.

Hard Beds & Bad Bacon

The rooms were spotless, corridors quiet and the breakfast was varied and hot foods better cooked than hotels treble the price.
The staff went out their way. So friendly. When my wee boy took unwell, they bought him sweets. They even had a Hallow'een gathering for the kids, as well as a soft play, not something you normally get in anonymous chain hotels.

We will be staying here again.
