One word AMAZING it's outside carlingford Town but all the better for it just a lovely place with a super breakfast. Beautiful rooms fantastic bathroom FRIDGE! Not normal in b&b would highly recommend just try it! 

Superb B&B

This was a great first stay in Ireland.  The host was super friendly.  She gave us recommendations for dinner and places to see in the area.  The B and B is super cute and designed to enjoy and relax.  The breakfast is great.  She makes a full Irish breakfast, which is a lot of food.  The bed was comfortable and the parking was good.  

Great welcome to Ireland stay.  

Honestly, it is one of the nicest surprises of the year. A beautiful cosy little group of accommodations tucked in between the mountains. Perfect for family group getaways. Make sure you get the breakfast as well, served, and cooked to Perfection.



Perfect 

Excellent place to stay. Elaine and Sean have this establishment well set up and have thought of every detail in a very careful way. Our room no 5 was fabulous which booked it specifically because it had the kitchen. The breakfast was top notch beautifully cooked and well presented. We were given good recommendations of things to do and places to see. Definitely will be returning here.  Nothing more for me to add on top of what other reviewers have already said. Thank you Elaine and Sean. 

Hidden Gem. 

We just returned from our second stay at Riverside Lodge.  The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with antiques and the beds are extremely comfortable.  The grounds are a delight with surprises at every turn and beautiful landscaping.  What really sets this B&B apart from the rest is the Resident's Lodge and Lounge which provides a home-like setting.  The breakfasts are tasty and even if you aren't up for a Full Irish, I highly recommend the soda and potato breads.  Finally, the host Elaine and Sean go out of their way to make all guests feel welcomed.  We look forward to returning!

Wonderful Gem

As other reviewers have said - this is luxury at very affordable prices.  Four poster beds in all the rooms, beautiful linens on the beds, as well as many old wooden furniture pieces.  What a great night's sleep!  Elaine and her husband are so welcoming and fun - laughing all the time.  We were in room 2, and having the use of the lounge just down the hall to get some computer work done was extra special. 
 Breakfast was a delicious treat, and her French press coffee was heavenly!  We only wished that we would have stayed more than just one night.

Excellent luxury rooms - fab tasty breakfast - lovely facilities - the host went the extra mile giving us her residents lounge to host our sons 30th birthday party - she couldn’t do enough for us. Appreciated and definitely want to go back.

Wow luxury at affordable prices

Stayed at the Riverside with family and friends as part of 70th birthday festival and could not have picked a better location.  Our accommodations were 5 star for comfort and cleanliness.  Our hosts were most welcoming and catered for our every needs.  Highly recommended.

Best ever B+B!!

Fabulous find - delux hotel standard. Stunning home and no expense spared. Room was beautiful with 4 poster bed, and beautiful bathroom - great attention to detail in the decor. Host was hospitable and drove us into carlingford and provided us with taxi numbers so we felt very looked after. Would look forward to staying there again

Excellent accommodation. Clean spacious beautiful gardens and exquisite attention to detail inside and out. Fabulous breakfast. The host was warm and welcoming couldn't do enough. Highly recommended. Nestled in a quiet area but close yo mamy amenities. Definately stay whenever back in the area.
