Very nice place to stay very close to the beach and only a 10 minute ride into Cagliari.  You have your breakfast on the beach which I thought was a great idea.  Luigi was very good and provided us with information about the area and where to eat.  Rooms were tidy and clean and cleaned regularly.  A great place to stay for both a beach and city break

Great B&B

The place is close to the beautiful Poetto beach, just few steps from it. A short hop by bus allows to reach the Cagliari’s city centre.
Pro: professionalism and kindness of owner. Air conditioning available and few other amenities typically you maybe find in the hotels. Parking easy, market close, breakfast in three places on the beach. You can pay with credit card too.
Cons: a beach with a nightlife can be noisy. The windows are robustly soundproof you can hear traffic once rising back in the morning from the main road. An harder mattress would be disliked but could be also be appreciated for a better rest.

Well done, you will not find so much better around.

Perfect spot to enjoy Poetto and visit Cagliari

We choose Lewis B&B due to its location - just next to Poetto beach. 

We had rental car, and it was quite easy to drive from the aerport with GPS. In spite of the fact that it is next to the beach, there were plenty of free parking places in the evenings.

The B&B itself is in a calm street 100 m from the beach, so location is perfect!!! It is just between the sea and flamingo lakes. 

Room was clean and tidy. Towels were not changed after the first day, but I am sure if we would ask to change, that would be done.

The owner gave us a lot of helpful information about the area, Cagliari and good advices on the restaurants. There are some good restaurants in the area too. 

Breakfast is not in B&B... but it is even better!!! B&B has agreement with a cafe on the beach, so you can have your cappucino... les pieds dans le sable! Foot in the sand! And enjoy th beach straight after.  

If we go back to Cagliari, we would love to come to Lewis B&B again,

Amasing location, next to Poetto beach

Great place,clean rooms with a beautiful wiew. 5 minutes away from the sea. a market not far away and a farmacea. really delicious breackfast. they even got an iron if you need :) nice owner.  we liked it.

We came to Cagliari to enjoy the beach after suffering through a long cold winter at home. This hotel is jus tup the street from the beach. You can see the beach from the front gate. The room was nice and quiet. Luigi, the owner, was very nice and helpful. He had maps and gave info on where to find restaurants, how to take the bus to the city center, different tour options. However, since my 3 year old son wasn't really up for an all day tour of different beaches, but really wanted to see the flamingoes, Luigi offered to take us there on the way to the airport so my son could see them. His airport transfer service is convenient and a good deal. The wifi was easy to use. Breakfast at the beach cafe was simply a typical Italian breakfast. This area of Sardinia is not your typical tourist area. So you need to come expecting that not everyone out in the town is going to be speaking English, the restaurants don't open until about 19:30 for dinner and are generally going to have more local dishes than some tourists are used to, but very good food. There is also a nice supermarket a few blocks walk away to get things for lunch on the beach. The city was about 10 min by bus or about 12 euro by taxi. If you want to relax at the beach, this is a great place to stay as this beach is not lined with hotels, but is a very nice and sandy for a European beach.
