We stayed here on our TMB trip - Great service, fantastic food and our room and bathroom were both very clean. 
Pasta in tomato sauce for stater
Beef, potato and vegetables for main course 
Chocolate mousse for dessert. 
Breakfast in the Morning was yoghurt, cake and bread with Jam
A fabulous view from the balcony too! Cannot recommend enough! 

Perfect place to stay on the TMB

A great place to stop while skiing in Courmayeur for a drink and a snack, and then continue on with the ski day! Loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the warm alpine sun and the stunning view. Friendly place. Will be back again this season!

Perfect ski break!

We have stayed at this lodging on two different occasions. We very much enjoyed our private room and bath. We stayed in the Maudit room. The dinner offerings are rather un-interesting (fruit cocktail from a can for dessert, for example) but gave us the fuel we needed to carry on on the TMB the following day. It's a very decent place to stay along the TMB but there is no reason to go out of your way to stay here.

Really comfortable and quiet room; food nothing to write home about

This was a decent place for us to stay on the TMB, before Courmayeur. The showers are 3 minutes by a token which is provided. Very clean and hot which was fantastic! The rooms are very typical TMB refugio- lots of beds, close together. Clean though, and many are not bunk beds (bonus!). They were not full but they had everyone sleeping in one room. I understand the logic there, but I would have preferred to be spread out between the empty rooms. That's generally just an added treat, though. The meals were in a separate building and nothing special, although it filled our bellies after a long day of hiking. The wifi wasn't working at first, but they gladly restarted the router and we had a good connection. Some hikers showed up late and the hosts graciously made them dinner and warmed them up.

Quaint mountain refugio

Our room for the night had clearly been updated not too long ago. We were a group of 8 and had an upstairs room to ourselves; the beds and blankets were comfortable, the room clean, and we all slept well. The showers are run with coins like many establishments on the TMB, and you get about 3 minutes of hot water. Dinner was a spaghetti appetizer with a meat and veggie plate following.

Updated Accomodations

The room we stayed in was along the road from where you sit to eat but the room was nice, quite new and modern and very clean.  However our room was quite cold and we were told we could not put the heating on.  The evening meal was nice.  Quite a good spot to stop before the leg busting steep descent into Courmayeur.

Reasonable place to stay along the TMB

We stayed here while doing the TMB. In a nutshell: lodging was great, however the food was extremely underwhelming!
The rooms are clean, well decorated, with fresh linen and towels (no toiletries).
Dinner was very simple, a tomato pasta, beef with vegetables (frozen) and dessert was canned fruit cocktail. Breakfast was plain toast with jam.
Despite the comfortable accommodation, I wouldn't stay here. Half board for €68 is definitely overpriced considering the very cheap and low quality meals.
