At first glance nice hotel, but disappointing customer service. When you come later than 10 pm it is difficult to get back into the hotel. We also needed to get to our car later that night, to get medicine and shoes,  and we were not allowed to leave. Instead we got yelled at if we have checked the time. We are grown up people who know how to behave and respect people. We don’t need someone to educate us on when to leave or come into our room, which as a matter fact wasn’t ready when we arrived. We would not recommend the hotel if you like your freedom.

Everything was perfect! We love our stay. Nce clean comfortable and relaxing room. Front desk was a joy!  Breakfast was excellento!

If one has a car and visiting grosetto and places around the area,this should be considered.

Very good hotel. Excellent price-quality. Family management. Outstanding, unique breakfast. Large room and bathroom. Friendly, excellent service. Good parking area. 5 minutes walking from the sea. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel

Great stay, very clean rooms and delicious dinner and breakfast. Also great location close to the beach. We stayed only for three days with a group but would have stayed another week. Alina and her team were exceptionally friendly and even prepared a birthday cake for us :) Thank you very much e grazie mile!! It is a pleasure to give you the highest rating. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed there for 2 nights. People at the reception are amazingly nice and accommodated every request. 
We almost forgot some of our things and they reminded us of them. 
We got amazing suggestion for dinner in nearby village. Had a blast. 
The only thing is you can't get a view from the window, but it's a small thing. 
Breakfast is great with vast variety.  
The beach is across the road. The whole city in located in between beautiful trees. 

Great pace and people

we stayed in hotel Rosmarina for a week. the room was tidy, the staff helpful and friendly. nice breakfast buffet, short walking distance to the beach. the car park was close to the hotel. absolutely recommendable.

This anonymous-looking structure is located on a quiet road within easy walking distance of the beach. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and both the breakfast and dinner were excellent, although the latter was a little overpriced (fish dinners can be surprisingly costly in Italy). There is a top-floor sun terrace which is private to the hotel, breezy and sunny, which is an added plus. 

The rooms are spotless but quite small, and unfortunately,  the beds are very narrow and feature very hard mattresses. We probably won't go back due to the very hard and narrow bed, but the hotel is a safe bet if you need something in the area and are not picky about beds.
