L’Accoglienza dello staff. La disponibilità a far utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check-out. L’allestimento degli spazi.

What was bad

Il menù e le quantità del ristorante; per intenderci, i piatti sono curati e ben preparati: lo chef si impegna e ci riesce bene! Però un risotto in menù il 20 luglio o una amatriciana stonano... personalmente ho “assaggiato” degli ottimi spaghetti con vongole e bottarga (unica scelta di stagione): ma la porzione era da assaggio; 100gr/persona di pasta buttateli, per cortesia: non siamo alla Cantina Antinori! Per molti che viaggiano è l’unica occasione di un pasto degno del nome... ps: la concorrenza in zona offre menù completi di acqua e vino a 25€/persona con antipasto, portata e dolce.
