the rooms are very very tide and well organized
Monica and Antonio are so great and helpful
there is a playground in the house for children
it is nice place to stay even if you don't go to walk or to ski

This property is really fantastic with wonderful views of Lake Molveno.  Antonio and Monica are really kind hosts.  Monica suggested us some good places to visit.  Property is clean and has all amenities needed.  Thanks very much.

Fantastic holiday

We travel a lot and have these kind of stays with our family each summer for last 10-15 years in Italy, Austria and Switzerland. This was the best we've had on all aspects and we've had some great stays before: location, friendliness, follow up, clean rooms, WIFI, parking, playing outside in the garden, the area of Molvena as such, the walks in the lovely mountains, the lake and swimming, local pool & restuarants, the pingpong table inside and much more. It will be the first time we even think to go back as also our kids (7 yrs, 10 yrs and 12 yrs) loved it big time. Thx for the hosting and giving us a relaxing and great 3 weeks!

So I have to say we stayed at the garden apartment thinking that when it says on the website with garden it is yours to share with the apartment on the ground floor but not with the whole building when it plainly says no garden included with their apartments. Basically all the guests came with their children down into the garden to play but they took over the whole garden playing and were looking right into your apartment which made us feel very uncomfortable. I complained to the owner and she basically said she told guests to come down with discretion. This is unacceptable. No privacy at all. The apartment itself was great, great location and fully loaded with everything you need. The WiFi only worked in the kitchen/living room. Not in the bedrooms. The view is breathtaking. Basically get the apartment without the garden and go down to the garden when you want at least you will have privacy that’s what I recommend.
