Please inform Villette Pino in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Check-in takes place at Piazza Sardegna 18, Costa Rei. Early check-in and late check-out are on request and at a surcharge. Please note that electricity consumption is charged at EUR 0.30 per kWh.
